- A data-source outage now ends the run with one standardized status message (for example "The fuel price data service is temporarily unavailable (HTTP 503). Retried 4 times over 35s. Please try again in a few minutes.") instead of a raw traceback. Exit code 91 is unchanged, so existing alerting keeps working
- Field-level upstream errors on fields this Actor does not export no longer fail the run; the station data that did come back is delivered with a warning in the log
- Transient 5xx retries raised from 2 to 4 with exponential backoff (2, 4, 8, 16 s, `Retry-After` honored); a failing run still finishes in under two minutes
- Rate-limit, timeout, and network failures use the same standardized messages
