## New Company Registrations API: Japan & Singapore

By Johto Data. One row per newly registered company, one JSON schema for both countries.

### For AI agents

- **Call:** `{"country": "JP", "maxItems": 25}` or `{"country": "SG", "daysBack": 31, "maxItems": 25}`.
- **Returns:** `companyId` (JP 13-digit corporate number / SG UEN), `companyName`, `entityType`, `registeredDate`, `region`, `city`, `postalCode`, `status`, `sourceUrl`, `attribution`. JP rows add invoice columns (`invoiceRegistrationNumber`, `invoiceStatus`, ...).
- **Company-level only:** no officer, owner, phone or email fields. No sole proprietors or partnerships. SG returns Local Companies only.
- **Cap spend** with `maxItems`. **Only new rows:** `onlyNew: true` plus a `monitorId`, on any schedule.

- **Japan:** NTA corporate number difference files; default window 7 days. Invoice columns come from NTA invoice difference files (about the last 40 business days are available).
- **Singapore:** ACRA entity dataset on data.gov.sg, refreshed by its publisher and can trail registrations by one to two weeks; default window 31 days.
