## Zumper Scraper - Apartment & Home Rentals

Scrape **apartment and home rental listings from Zumper** into clean, structured data - no Zumper account or API key required.

### What you get (per listing)
- **listingId** and the canonical **zumper.com URL**

- **lat / lng** geo coordinates
- **price** headline plus **minPrice / maxPrice** range (and previous price when reduced)
