## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Play App Facts by Package ID

> **Unofficial** — independent tool, **not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google Play**. It reads only publicly visible pages. Support, reliability guarantees and the full disclaimer are at the bottom of this page.

Get exact package-ID public app facts from the US English Google Play storefront. Each row includes public aggregate rating and count, category, content rating, displayed price/currency and offer availability. No reviews, contacts or personal data.

### Input

Supply 1–10 exact Android package IDs and maxItems1–10 (default3). Duplicates are removed preserving input order; maxItems bounds selected IDs before fetching. US and English are fixed request parameters, not verified user eligibility.

### Output

One exact app facts row per selected package ID. Aggregate rating and ratingCount are published values, not estimates. Price is expressed in the returned currency. Source URL and UTC fetchedAt show provenance.

### Limits

Only the public app-details HTML route is accessed after robots verification. No search, review RPCs, data-safety endpoint, accounts, proxy or browser. All selected app identities and usable facts must validate before any output or event charge. Missing apps and blocked/changed sources fail explicitly. This first version requires a published aggregate rating; unrated apps fail explicitly as unsupported instead of inventing a zero rating. A zero app price does not exclude in-app purchases.

### Pricing

$0.0024 per delivered app-facts-created row. One primary event; no start or secondary charge.

### Privacy and source

Only fact fields are returned. Author/contact/review/description/image blocks and raw HTML are not persisted. Google Play is the source; this tool is not affiliated with Google. Country availability and displayed offer do not prove installation eligibility for an account/device.

### Run bounds and partial delivery

Inputs are fully validated and deduplicated in input order. maxItems and the remaining PPE event budget select a prefix of that list. All selected apps must pass source validation before delivery. At most ten detail requests and one robots request are made, with a 2 MiB response cap, at least one second between detail requests and a 180-second runtime cap. Only rated apps with a consistent USD offer in the US English storefront are supported. If a dataset write fails after delivery has started, already delivered rows remain in the dataset and remain billable.

### If something goes wrong

- **Wrong number or a failed run?** Open a ticket on the **Issues** tab. I read every one and reply within 2 business days (Japan time).
- **You never get a fake "empty" result.** If the site can't be read, the run fails and says so.
One delivered app facts row is one billable event. Source failures before delivery have no event charge; already delivered rows remain billable if a later write fails.
- **Checked every week.** An automatic test runs this tool weekly; if the site changes, I fix it.
- **Public pages only.** No login, no personal data, and it goes easy on the site.
