Discover source-labelled Only With Us sale and rental opportunities on bounded recommended search pages. The source distinguishes timed early windows with a countdown from no-countdown exclusives. This Actor reports the source claim and never verifies absence on Rightmove or Zoopla.

### Input

One to five exact public `https://www.onthemarket.com/for-sale/property/{area}/` or `/to-rent/property/{area}/` URLs. Default scans the first two recommended England sale pages, a partial national sample. The source robots file disallows recent sorting, maps, price/bed/radius facets and agent contact pages; those URLs are rejected. `maxPagesPerSearch` 1–3, default 2; `maxItems` 1–150, default 60.

### Output

One row per unique source-labelled exclusive property ID, with general area, public asking GBP amount, sale/rent type, `exclusiveKind` (`early_window` when a future countdown exists or `no_countdown` otherwise), future expiry if present, source page and observed time. No exact address, seller/agent contact, photo, coordinates or raw HTML. OUTPUT contains total advertised cards, scanned pages/cards, exclusive rows, cap reasons and completeness. Broad areas and page caps are partial; recommended order is neither complete nor newest. A genuinely zero-exclusive scoped scan returns no chargeable rows plus coverage. Fail on blocks, rate limits, malformed state, inconsistent pages and timeouts.

### Limits

Use uniquely identifying User Agent, exact robots checks, sequential requests paced at least one second, at most 16 GETs including robots, at most 2 MiB/page and 180 seconds within 256 MB. Only public HTML is read; no proxy, paid API, login, images or browser. ## Privacy and rights
