## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Recruitee — Multi-Board Job Export

**Price:** $0.0004 per delivered published job, including complete HTML and plain descriptions/requirements, all published locations and structured salary when supplied. No start, board, description or secondary fee.

Export the current published jobs from selected Recruitee employer boards into a recurring job feed. This independent tool reads employers' native public XML offer feeds. It is not affiliated with Recruitee or the employers.

### Input

`companies` accepts1–5 exact lowercase tenant slugs or HTTPS root `*.recruitee.com` board URLs. Defaults Channable and bunq. Custom domains, individual job/application URLs and arbitrary hosts are rejected. This exports selected boards, without employer discovery or all-company search. Each native XML feed returns its entire current offer array in one request; no page-size setting or invented cursor.

`maxJobsPerCompany` defaults5,000 (maximum5,000); `maxJobs` defaults10,000 (maximum10,000). Every selected feed fully validates before any paid delivery. Duplicate `(boardSlug, jobId)` or malformed required role facts fail. Source order is retained per board; capped global allocation is round-robin. Source order is not a newest-first guarantee. Free `COVERAGE` reports each source count, selected caps and omitted jobs. Multiple company feeds are not an atomic snapshot.

### Output

One unique published job per row with its ID, title, full primary description/requirements as contact-screened HTML and plain text, all published business locations, department and native employment/experience/education codes, actual remote/hybrid/on-site flags, hours, tags, job/apply links, native publication/creation/update dates and structured pay. The additional native XML HTML-entity layer is decoded before HTML sanitization and plain-text extraction. No invented description, language, salary or date is composed.

Missing optional scalars are null; empty location/tag/language collections are empty arrays. `salary=null` when all pay fields are absent/empty; otherwise native currency/period and nullable numeric min/max remain distinct. Actual0 remains0. No salary inference, annualization or currency conversion. Raw timestamps are retained unchanged; UTC ISO8601 dates are emitted only for recognized timezone-bearing native strings. Publication, creation and update are separate. Primary language is null unless explicit; `translationLanguages` only lists actual locale keys, without guessing a primary language or exporting translated copies.

A paid row must contain a readable title, safe source job URL and substantive public description or requirements. Overall zero is an uncharged error with free coverage; a single empty feed is an empty source window, not proof that the employer has no vacancies elsewhere. Required source failures abort before paid delivery. User caps cause truthful partial output, never full-history claims. Dataset rows are jobs only; errors and summaries are uncharged.

### Limits

Only GET `https://{tenant}.recruitee.com/api/offers.xml`, without query parameters. Any data redirect changing the selected host/path/query is rejected before the destination request. Robots are read first, including safe public robots redirects and destination rules. Respect merged user-agent groups and crawl-delay. Pinned public DNS retains correct TLS/Host. Transparent UA `jpmarketdata-actor/1.0 (+https://apify.com/jpmarketdata)`; no identity substitution, browser, proxy, cookie, login, key, private API, applicant route or paid dependency. Job/apply destinations are output only.

256MB/300seconds, acquisition deadline180seconds and delivery deadline90seconds;30HTTPrequests including robots, at least1second serial spacing per origin or a longer crawl-delay. Per body4MiB wire/16MiB decoded, robots256KiB;64MiB cumulative transfer and decoded data;24MiB staged JSON;20,000 source offers total and1MiB per offer. Streaming XML parsing forbids DTD/external entities, validates complete envelopes/identities/types and excluded tails, then releases each offer and body before SDK delivery. Oversize, malformed data, missing core identity/content,401/403,429,timeout or required-source failure is explicit and uncharged before delivery.

Official Recruitee docs announce JSON Careers API authentication from10February2027 and expressly exempt the XML offer feed. The official FAQ documents this raw XML route. Current anonymous XML bodies are measured; continued availability and resale rights are not guaranteed. Source rules and employer/Tellent terms apply.

### Privacy and charging

Retain public vacancy business facts only. Omit editor/person/mailbox/contact/question/application/account/credential/image/raw-translation fields. Remove contact sections and screen email/phone/secret patterns in every exported text/HTML field; remove unsafe HTML elements/attributes/tracking links and reject unsafe URLs. No raw source/HTML, cookies or person fields in logs or fixtures.

One `job-exported` event per unique job actually delivered, including every described field.100jobs cost$0.04. Stage the complete requested workflow, preflight total charge allowance, use50-row charged SDK pushes and verify actual charged counts. No start/board/summary/empty/failure/duplicate add-on. SDK delivery failure may leave already-delivered charged batches; no atomic settlement claim. The native feed is also free to fetch directly. Buyers would pay for managed repeated integration and schema/privacy/failure handling; paid customer demand remains unproven.

### If something goes wrong

- **Wrong number or a failed run?** Open a ticket on the **Issues** tab. I read every one and reply within 2 business days (Japan time).
- **You never get a fake "empty" result.** If the site can't be read, the run fails and says so.
One $0.0004 event per delivered public job including full descriptions; no start, board or extra fee.
- **Checked every week.** An automatic test runs this tool weekly; if the site changes, I fix it.
- **Public pages only.** No login, no personal data, and it goes easy on the site.
