Scrape investment-property listings from [Kenbiya (建美家)](https://www.kenbiya.com) — Japan's #2 investor real-estate portal after Rakumachi. Returns structured data on yield, monthly rent, occupancy, building structure, and listing broker for ~20,000–40,000 active listings.
