## Pricing

from $1.28 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Walmart Search Scraper - Prices, Ratings, Sellers

Scrape **Walmart.com search results** for as many keywords as you like: **price**, **was-price and discount %**, **price range for products with options**, **rating and number of reviews**, **seller** (and whether it is Walmart), **other sellers count**, **availability**, **shipping / pickup / store delivery** with the earliest shipping date, **badges** (Deal, "50+ bought since yesterday", "In 500+ people's carts"...), **category path**, **image** and **product link**. Sort like on Walmart.com and filter by price.

No login or API key needed. About 40 products per results page. Apify Unblocker is used by default, without sticky sessions or a forced country.

### Why this one

- **Many keywords in one run.** One row per product, with the keyword, results page and position, ready for price monitoring and share-of-shelf tracking.
- **Real discount data.** Current price, previous price and the discount %, plus the lowest and highest option prices when a product has variants.
- **Seller and fulfillment at a glance.** Sold by Walmart or a marketplace seller, how many other sellers offer it, and whether it ships, can be picked up or delivered from a store.
- **Clean results.** Only the main results grid: carousels ("Top deals", "Highly rated") are left out, and duplicates across pages are removed.
- **You only pay for products.** Empty searches cost nothing beyond the run start; sponsored products are skipped unless you ask for them.

### Input example

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["air fryer", "lego star wars"],
  "maxItemsPerQuery": 100,
  "sort": "best_seller",
  "minPrice": 20,
  "maxPrice": 150
}
```

`sort`: `best_match` (default), `price_low`, `price_high`, `best_seller`, `rating_high`, `new`.

Use 1,024 MB memory when running this actor. Keywords are processed sequentially to keep browser memory bounded.

### Output example

```json
{
  "itemId": "11381374703",
  "name": "Apple AirPods 4",
  "price": 79.0,
  "wasPrice": 129.99,
}
```

The `OUTPUT` record summarizes every keyword: Walmart's result count, pages read, products saved, sponsored products skipped and any error.

### Run it on a schedule and connect it to your tools

**Schedule:** in Apify Console open *Schedules → Create*, pick this actor and your input, and set it to run
every Monday at 07:00 (your time zone) for a fresh dataset on a fixed day. Each run returns the full, current result set as a new dataset.

**Integrations** (Actor → *Integrations* tab, no code):

- **Google Sheets** — append every run's rows to a sheet.
- **Make, Zapier, n8n** — start the actor from a scenario/zap/workflow and use the rows in the next steps.
- **Webhook** — get a POST to your endpoint when a run succeeds, then download the dataset.
- **Slack / email** — notify your team when a scheduled run finishes.

**AI agents (MCP)** — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client can run it as a tool: add the Apify MCP
server `https://mcp.apify.com?actors=kalilfagundes.w/walmart-scraper` (sign in with your Apify account) and ask for the data in
plain language. The agent fills the input from the input schema and reads the dataset back.

**API** — call it from your code (`pip install apify-client` / `npm i apify-client`):

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("kalilfagundes.w/walmart-scraper").call(run_input={
    "searchQueries": [
        "air fryer",
        "lego star wars"
    ],
    "maxItemsPerQuery": 60,
    "sort": "best_seller",
    "maxItems": 120
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item)
```

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: '<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>' });
const run = await client.actor('kalilfagundes.w/walmart-scraper').call({
  "searchQueries": [
    "air fryer",
    "lego star wars"
  ],
  "maxItemsPerQuery": 60,
  "sort": "best_seller",
  "maxItems": 120
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items);
```

### Pricing

Pay per event, platform usage included: one `product` event per product saved (see the **Pricing** tab). Set a maximum cost per run in the run options; the actor stops cleanly when it is reached.

### FAQ

**How many products can I get per keyword?** Walmart shows about 40 products per page and up to 25 pages, so up to ~1,000 per keyword. Split very broad searches into narrower keywords or price ranges.

**Why is Walmart's result count higher than what I got?** Walmart's count also includes products shown only in carousels, and some grid tiles are ads that Walmart loads in the browser.

**Shipping dates and store availability depend on what?** On the location Walmart assigns to the request. They are a good signal, not a promise for your ZIP code.

**Do I need a proxy?** No setup needed. The default uses Apify's US residential proxy. Blocked pages retry with fresh sessions and a browser fallback. Successful sessions are reused for pagination. If Walmart still blocks every attempt, the run reports the affected keyword in `OUTPUT`.

### Limitations

- Search results only: full product pages (all specs, all images, reviews) are not opened.
- US Walmart.com only; prices in USD.
- `brand` is not part of Walmart's search data and is not returned.
