## Pricing

from $1.60 / 1,000 places

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Yandex Maps Leads Scraper - Business Phones, Websites, Ratings

Yandex Maps leads in one run: type a business category and a city (Moscow, Almaty, Tashkent, Minsk, Istanbul and any other place Yandex Maps covers) and get a clean lead list with phones, website, social links, opening hours, rating and coordinates.

### What does Yandex Maps Leads Scraper do?

It searches Yandex Maps the way you would in the browser and exports every business it finds as one row. A search starts in the city centre and walks outwards viewport by viewport, so you get more than the 25 places the first screen shows, without duplicates. No login, no Yandex API key and no proxy setup are needed; Apify Proxy is used by default.

It works as a Yandex business scraper for Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia and Turkey, where Google Maps listings are often thin or out of date.

### Who is it for?

- **Lead generation agencies** building call lists of dentists, car services, beauty salons or restaurants in CIS cities.
- **B2B sales teams** entering Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Russia who need a list of local businesses with phones and websites.
- **Market researchers** counting competitors, chains and ratings by category and city.
- **Web designers and marketers** looking for businesses without a website (filter rows where `website` is empty).

### What data can you get?

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `name` | Eurodent |
| `categories` | \["Dental clinic"] |
| `fullAddress` | Almaty, Zhandosov Street, 42 |
| `city`, `country`, `postalCode` | Almaty, Kazakhstan |
| `latitude`, `longitude` | 43.23124, 76.898595 |
| `phones` | \["+7 (747) 619-96-49", "+7 (727) 274-03-65"] |
| `website`, `otherWebsites` | https://eurodent.kz/ (tracking parameters removed) |
| `socialLinks` | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, Facebook, YouTube links |
| `rating`, `ratingCount`, `reviewCount` | 4.9, 296, 92 |
| `workingHours` | daily, 9:00 AM-8:00 PM |
| `businessStatus` | open |
| `isAdvertised` | true for paid placements |
| `chain` | chain name when the place belongs to one |
| `nearestMetro` | Alatau |
| `yandexMapsUrl` | https://yandex.com/maps/org/eurodent/1042649471/ |
| `placeId` | Yandex organisation id, stable across runs |
| `searchTerm`, `location`, `scrapedAt` | which search found it and when |

Only business data is collected. Reviews and reviewer names are not.

### How much does it cost?

You pay only for results: **$2.00 per 1,000 places** on the Free plan, with lower prices on paid Apify plans. Examples: 50 dentists in Almaty cost $0.10; 1,000 places across five cities cost $2.00. Set "Max places in total" or a maximum cost per run to cap spending. Platform usage is included in the per-place price.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. Enter one or more **search terms**. Local-language categories return the most places: `стоматология` (dentistry), `автосервис` (car service), `салон красоты` (beauty salon), `кафе`, or English words like `cafe` and `dentist`.
3. Enter one or more **cities**, or `latitude,longitude` for a neighbourhood.
4. Set **Max places per term and city** (for example 100).
5. Click **Start** and download the leads as CSV, Excel, JSON or through the API.

### Input parameters

| Field | Default | What it does |

| `maxPlacesPerSearch` | 50 | Limit for one term in one city (up to 500) |
| `maxItems` | 1000 | Limit for the whole run |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Apify Proxy | Switch to the RESIDENTIAL group only if Yandex answers with captcha pages |

### Integrations and API

Run it from your code with the Apify API or the `apify-client` package, schedule it weekly in Apify, or connect it to Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Sheets or a webhook.

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("kamerozkan/yandex-maps-business-scraper").call(run_input={
    "searchTerms": ["стоматология"],
    "locations": ["Almaty", "Astana"],
    "maxPlacesPerSearch": 100,
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item["name"], item["phones"], item["website"])
```

### FAQ

**How many places can I get per city?** Yandex shows 25 places per map view. The scraper moves the view across the city and keeps going until it reaches your limit or new views stop adding places. One term in one city can return up to 500 places; small towns and narrow categories return fewer.

**Why do English terms return fewer places?** Yandex matches category names best in the local language. Use `стоматология` instead of `dentist` in Russia or Kazakhstan, `diş kliniği` in Turkey.

**Are paid listings included?** Yes, and they are marked with `isAdvertised: true` so you can filter them.

**Does it collect reviews or personal data?** No. It exports business listings only: names, addresses, business phones, websites and ratings.

**Is it legal to collect this data?** It collects publicly visible business listings only. You are responsible for how you use them, including anti-spam and privacy rules in the target country.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

What you would type into Yandex Maps, for example 'cafe', 'dentist', 'стоматология', 'автосервис'. Local-language category names usually return the most businesses.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

City names as Yandex Maps finds them (for example 'Almaty', 'Moscow', 'Tashkent', 'Istanbul'), or 'latitude,longitude' for a neighbourhood. Every search term runs in every location.

## `maxPlacesPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit for one search term in one city. The scraper walks map viewports from the city centre outwards until it reaches this number or stops finding new places.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many places for the whole run. You are charged per place, so this also caps the cost of the run.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify Proxy is used by default. If Yandex answers with captcha pages, switch to the RESIDENTIAL group.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searchTerms": [
    "стоматология"
  ],
  "locations": [
    "Almaty"
  ],
  "maxPlacesPerSearch": 30,
  "maxItems": 1000,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One row per result in the default dataset.
