## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 markets

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Polymarket Markets Scraper - Prices, Volume & Odds

Get **Polymarket** prediction markets with current outcome prices, 24h volume and liquidity, as clean rows for a spreadsheet, a dashboard, a trading bot or an AI agent.

The Actor reads Polymarket's public Gamma API. No API key, no wallet and no login are needed. A default run (the top 100 politics and crypto markets by 24h volume) takes about a second.

### What you can do with it

- See the most traded markets right now, overall or in one tag such as `politics`, `crypto`, `sports`, `nfl`, `bitcoin`, `weather`, `economy`.
- Track implied probabilities over time by scheduling the Actor.
- Search markets by keyword and export them with prices and volume.
- Pull every market of one event, for example all candidates of an election.
- Find markets closing in the next days with a minimum volume.
- Compare odds with other exchanges using the `conditionId` and `clobTokenIds`.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `search` | Keywords to search events by, for example `bitcoin`, `fed`, `election`. |
| `tags` | Polymarket tag slugs. Each tag is read separately. Leave empty for all tags. |
| `eventSlugs` | Event URLs or slugs. All markets of each event are returned. |
| `status` | `open` (default), `closed` or `all`. |
| `sortBy` | `volume24hr` (default), `volume`, `liquidity`, `endDate` (soonest first) or `newest`. |
| `minVolume24h` | Skip markets that traded less than this (USD) in the last 24 hours. |
| `closesWithinDays` | Keep only markets that end in the next N days. |
| `includeDescription` | Add the resolution description text. |
| `maxItems` | Maximum number of markets to save. Default 500, `0` means no limit (hard cap 20,000). |

If `eventSlugs` or `search` are set, `tags` are ignored.

Top 100 crypto markets by 24h volume:

```json
{
  "tags": ["crypto"],
  "sortBy": "volume24hr",
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

All markets of one event:

```json
{
  "eventSlugs": ["https://polymarket.com/event/brazil-presidential-election"],
  "status": "all",
  "maxItems": 0
}
```

Sports markets ending in the next 2 days with real volume:

```json
{
  "tags": ["sports"],
  "sortBy": "endDate",
  "closesWithinDays": 2,
  "minVolume24h": 1000
}
```

Prices are in USD per share, so `0.205` means an implied probability of 20.5%. `yesPrice` and `noPrice` are the first and second outcome prices; for markets with other outcome names (for example two teams) use `outcomes` and `outcomePrices`.

### Limits and notes

- Markets are read event by event in the order given by `sortBy`. Within an event, markets are sorted by 24h volume when `sortBy` is `volume24hr`.
- The API allows paging through at most 2,000 events per tag or per listing. Use `tags`, `search` or `eventSlugs` to reach markets beyond that.
- `search` uses Polymarket's site search and returns the events it ranks as relevant, up to a few hundred.
- Closed markets keep their last prices; `outcomePrices` of a resolved market are `1` and `0`.
- Prices come from the Gamma API, not from the order book. For live order books use the CLOB API with the `clobTokenIds` in the output.

### Pricing

You pay per market saved to the dataset, plus a tiny fee per run start. Use `maxItems`, `tags` and the filters to control the number of results.

# Actor input Schema

## `search` (type: `string`):

Keywords to search events by, for example `bitcoin`, `fed`, `election`. Leave empty to list markets by tag or by volume.

## `tags` (type: `array`):

Polymarket tag slugs, for example `politics`, `crypto`, `sports`, `nfl`, `bitcoin`, `weather`, `economy`, `elections`. Each tag is read separately. Leave empty for all tags.

## `eventSlugs` (type: `array`):

Event URLs (https://polymarket.com/event/brazil-presidential-election) or event slugs. All markets of each event are returned.

## `status` (type: `string`):

`open` returns markets that are trading now, `closed` returns finished ones, `all` returns both.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Order of the markets in the output. Events are read in this order from the API, so the highest-ranked markets come first.

## `minVolume24h` (type: `integer`):

Skip markets that traded less than this in the last 24 hours. 0 keeps all.

## `closesWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only markets whose end date is in the next N days. 0 keeps all.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the market's resolution description text.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

The run stops after saving this many markets. 0 means no limit (hard cap 20,000).

}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `results` (type: `string`):
All markets saved by this run, as JSON. Add ?format=csv or ?format=xlsx for other formats.
