## Website Tech Stack Detector

Unaffiliated, third-party Actor. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by any CMS, platform or vendor it may detect.

Give it a list of URLs or bare hostnames; get back the technologies each
site's own homepage response reveals -- CMS, ecommerce platform, analytics
provider, CDN, JS framework, server-side language, and recognised JS
libraries. Sourced from a single ordinary GET per site: the same response
headers and HTML any visitor's browser receives, no login, no session, no
bot-check defeat.

Every request is checked against that site's own `robots.txt` first, live,
on every run. A site whose `robots.txt` disallows automated access to its
homepage is never fetched, and nothing is billed for it.

This Actor has no fixed target -- unlike most single-source lookups, the
site you're checking is whatever you give it. Coverage is honest and
partial: detection runs against a small, named set of signatures (currently
ten categories), not a comprehensive, continuously maintained ruleset. A
site that matches none of them returns nothing and is not billed -- that
does not mean the site has no discoverable technology, only that none of
this Actor's current signatures matched it.
