## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-09-07

- Initial private build: consented, source-linked public-reference search through public Wikimedia APIs.
- Deliberately excludes person-data enrichment, reverse phone/email/address lookup, criminal records, background reports, and FCRA-regulated screening.
- Private Apify build 0.1.1 deployed with PAY_PER_EVENT plus user-paid platform usage and passed a 20-case delayed-readback REST acceptance sample.
- Tightened broad-location validation before the final private acceptance build: numeric and street-suffix location hints are rejected instead of forwarded upstream.
