## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What does French Official Journal Watch do?

It monitors the **Journal officiel de la République française (JORF)**, where every French law, decree, ministerial order and official decision is published, and returns the texts matching **your topics**, from the official **Légifrance API**.

Schedule it **every morning** with "last 1 day" and get, in your spreadsheet, Slack or CRM, every new text about `facturation électronique`, `intelligence artificielle`, `taux d'usure`, `RE2020`, your industry or your competitors.

For each text: title, nature (law, decree, order, decision, notice...), NOR number, Journal officiel issue, publication date, Légifrance link and, optionally, the full text.

### Who is it for?

- **Compliance and regulatory affairs teams**: never miss a new obligation
- **Lawyers and accountants**: daily regulatory watch for clients
- **Public affairs and consultants**: track nominations, decrees and orders in a sector
- **AI agents and newsletters**: fresh official French regulatory data

### Input example (daily watch)

```json
{
  "keywords": ["facturation électronique", "intelligence artificielle", "taux d'usure"],
  "lastDays": 1,
  "natures": ["LOI", "ORDONNANCE", "DECRET", "ARRETE"],
  "exactPhrase": true,
  "includeFullText": true
}
```

Use **Search in titles only** for maximum precision, or turn off **Exact phrase** for broader matches.

### Output example

```json
{
  "keyword": "intelligence artificielle",
  "title": "Arrêté du 2 juillet 2026 relatif à l'approbation du cahier des charges de l'appel à projets...",
  "nature": "ARRETE",
  "publishedOn": "2026-07-12",
  "legifranceUrl": "https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT..."
- **+$0.005 per text with full text** (optional)
A daily watch on a few topics typically costs a few cents a day.
### Data source
Official Journal officiel data of the DILA, via the **Légifrance API** (PISTE government portal), **Licence Ouverte 2.0**. Only the signed PDF of the Journal officiel is legally binding. No PISTE account needed.
### En français
**Veille du Journal officiel** : recevez chaque jour les nouveaux textes (lois, décrets, arrêtés, décisions, avis) publiés au JORF sur vos sujets, avec NOR, date de publication, lien Légifrance et texte intégral. À planifier chaque matin.
