Clean, deduplicate, normalize, and score job posting records from multiple sources.

### Use cases

- Rank jobs for a specific job seeker or search profile.

Each output row is one canonical job cluster with:

- normalized title/company/location
- duplicate count and source URLs
- best apply URL
