- Official Eurostat Statistics API and current `prc_hicp_minr` ECOICOP version 2 dataset only; no scraping, browser, proxy, account, key, or paid service.
- One bounded JSON-stat request per run, fixed safe dimensions, EU-only geography allowlist, stable observation IDs, sparse-value handling, deduplication, and hard output limit.
- Data can be revised. Use `datasetUpdatedAt`, `status`, and the official dataset page for current context.
- Values are normalized without substantive change. No Eurostat logos, graphics, third-party data, translation, or non-eligible country data are reused.
