- Every row carries the address, price, auction date, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, EER and agent name.
- Sold rows carry the sale date and the printed sale price when the portal shows it.
- Detail mode adds the ACT Unimproved Value with its valuation year, the annual rates, block size, description, features and transfer history.
- Clear price handling: "Auction", "Price withheld" and "By negotiation" stay empty, and the auction date goes to its own field.
- Daily change feed for new, repriced and removed listings.
