## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 job returneds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Remote Jobs Aggregator: We Work Remotely, Remote OK, Jobicy, Arbeitnow

**Press Start. The input is already filled in.** It merges We Work Remotely, Remote OK, Jobicy and Arbeitnow into one deduplicated list: **1,000 remote jobs in 23 seconds** (test run, 23 Oct 2026). Add keywords or switch on monitor mode for daily new-job alerts.

| What you get | |
|---|---|
| Price | **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs**, and less on paid Apify plans: $0.90 (Starter), $0.80 (Scale), $0.70 (Business). No start fee. Apify's free monthly credit covers your first runs |
| Bill cap | `maxItems`, plus Apify's *Max cost per run* option, so a run cannot exceed your budget |
| Reliability | Public RSS feeds and free public APIs. No proxies, browser or login. Re-tested on the Apify platform on 23 Oct 2026 |

For company career pages (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS and 13 more ATSs), see [ATS Jobs API](https://apify.com/krasyn-side/ats-jobs-feed).

Get **remote job listings from 4 major remote job boards in one clean, deduplicated dataset**: We Work Remotely, Remote OK, Jobicy and Arbeitnow. Filter by keyword, company, location and posting date, or switch on **monitor mode** to get only the jobs that are new since your last run.

- **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs** (pay per event, no start fee). A typical run of all boards returns ~1,000 fresh jobs for about $1.
- **No proxies, no browser, no login.** Public RSS feeds and free public APIs only, so runs take seconds and rarely fail.
- **Deduplicated across boards.** The same job posted on two boards becomes one row, with `alsoListedOn` naming the others.
- **Attribution built in.** Every row has `sourceName`, `sourceUrl`, `attribution` and the original `url`/`applyUrl`, so you can meet each board's attribution terms when you display the jobs.

### What you can use it for

- **Remote job alerts**: schedule it daily with *Only new jobs since last run* and send new matches to Slack, email or a Google Sheet (Apify integrations).
- **Niche job boards and newsletters**: backfill a "remote React jobs" or "remote marketing jobs" board or weekly newsletter, with source links.
- **Hiring-market research**: which companies hire remotely, for which roles, how often, and with what posted salaries (Remote OK).
- **Job-search agents and AI tools**: feed fresh remote roles to an LLM agent through the Apify API or MCP.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `sources` | Boards to use: `weworkremotely`, `remoteok`, `jobicy`, `arbeitnow` (default: all). |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title, company, tags or category contain any of these words. |
| `excludeKeywords` | Drop jobs matching any of these words (e.g. `senior`, `sales`). |
| `companies` | Only these companies (substring match). |
| `locationIncludes` | Location must contain one of these, e.g. `USA`, `Europe`, `Anywhere`. |
| `maxAgeDays` | Only jobs posted in the last N days. |
| `maxItems` | Hard cap on jobs returned (you pay per job). |
| `onlyNewSinceLastRun` | Monitor mode: output only jobs not seen in earlier runs (state kept in a named key-value store, `stateStoreName`). |
| `dedupeAcrossSources` | Merge the same company + title across boards (default on). |
| `includeDescription` | Add the plain-text job description (default on). |

Example: remote engineering jobs from the last 7 days, new ones only:

```json
{
  "keywords": ["engineer", "developer"],
  "maxAgeDays": 7,
  "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true
}
```

### Output

One row per job:

```json
{
  "source": "weworkremotely",
  "sourceName": "We Work Remotely",
  "sourceUrl": "https://weworkremotely.com",
  "attribution": "Job via We Work Remotely (https://weworkremotely.com)",
  "id": "wwr:onthegosystems-head-of-content-and-editorial",
  "title": "Head of Content and Editorial",
  "company": "OnTheGoSystems",
  "url": "https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/onthegosystems-head-of-content-and-editorial",
  "applyUrl": "https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/onthegosystems-head-of-content-and-editorial",
  "category": "Sales and Marketing",
  "tags": ["AI Content Creation", "SEO", "Editing"],
  "jobType": "Full-Time",
  "location": "Anywhere in the World",
  "salaryMin": null,
  "salaryMax": null,
  "salaryCurrency": null,
  "companyLogo": "https://wwr-pro.s3.amazonaws.com/logos/0171/2344/logo.gif",
  "postedAt": "2026-10-23T09:48:36.000Z",
  "alsoListedOn": [],
  "description": "At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML ...",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-23T12:00:00.000Z"
}
```

Download as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, or read it through the Apify API. A `SUMMARY` record in the run's key-value store shows how many jobs each board returned.

### How many jobs?

Roughly, at any moment: We Work Remotely ~500 across its category feeds, Remote OK ~100 latest, Jobicy up to ~2,000 recent, Arbeitnow ~20–60 remote. Boards update hourly, so daily monitor runs catch nearly everything.

### Sources and terms

- **We Work Remotely**: public RSS feeds (main + category feeds); robots.txt allows them.
- **Remote OK**: public API. Remote OK's API terms ask that you link back to the job URL on Remote OK (followed link) and name Remote OK as the source.
- **Jobicy**: public API. Jobicy asks that it is credited with a direct link and that apply buttons go to the original job URL.
- **Arbeitnow**: free public API; a link back is appreciated.
- Himalayas and Remotive are **not** included, because their API terms forbid passing their jobs on to other aggregators.

If you publish these jobs, keep the `url`/`applyUrl` unchanged and show the `attribution`. This actor only reads public listings and stores no personal data.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.001 per job returned** ($1 per 1,000). Filtered-out jobs are not charged. Set `maxItems` or the run's maximum charge to cap spend.

#### How it compares

List prices on the Apify Store, checked 24 Oct 2026 (free plan, per 1,000 jobs):

| Actor | Per 1,000 jobs | Sources |
|---|---|---|
| **This actor** | **$1.00** | We Work Remotely, Remote OK, Jobicy, Arbeitnow |
| memo23/remote-jobs-aggregator | $1.99 (+ $1 per 1,000 for its optional extra data) | 7 boards, including Remotive and Himalayas |

The other actor covers more boards. This one costs about half as much per job and leaves out the two sources whose API terms forbid passing their jobs on to other aggregators, so it is the safer pick if you **republish** the jobs on your own board, newsletter or app. Prices change, so check each Store page before deciding.
