## Kuantum Property Signal — Real Estate Listing Changes

Kuantum enterprise monitoring Actor. It delivers only successfully observed, evidenced changes; errors and unchanged observations are not charged.

This source is initially private beta until its live canary gate passes.

# Actor input Schema

## `targets` (type: `array`):

Public HTTPS real-estate listing pages you are authorized to monitor. The page must expose a qualifying listing as JSON-LD. Only structured price, availability, address, bedroom/bathroom, and floor-size fields are monitored; rendered text is not treated as listing data.

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Snapshot observes the supplied targets once. Monitor compares against the named private baseline store on later scheduled runs.

## `baselineStoreName` (type: `string`):

Required for monitor mode. Use a unique name per customer/task; this keeps the comparison baseline in your Apify storage.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of target observations attempted in this run, capped at 100.

## `maxChargeUsd` (type: `number`):

Optional hard cap for the pilot price. The Actor stops before it can deliver more billable results than this allows.

## `webhookUrl` (type: `string`):

Optional HTTPS endpoint for a signed final run summary.

## `webhookSecret` (type: `string`):

Secret used to HMAC-sign the optional final webhook summary. It is never written to output.
