I have done this when I'm at home and my face is looking a little sad (dry) and then I rub my face a lot (the pills are not enough for me to care). Turns out I was just dehydrated. I wear this with makeup, alone and mix it into my products. It gives your face a nice sheen look... not too dewy/oily just gives a hydrated, young refreshed look.
