Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs API: Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby in one actor, at half price

Get every open job from company career sites hosted on **Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby**, all in **one clean schema**, for **$1 per 1,000 jobs**. On Silver plans and above it drops to $0.60 per 1,000.

The data comes from each ATS's **official public job-board API**, the same feeds that power the companies' own careers pages. There's no login, no proxies and no HTML scraping, so runs are fast and rarely break. Our test run pulled 3,879 jobs from 20 companies in about 12 seconds.

### Why this actor

- **Three ATSs, one input.** Paste any mix of `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify`, `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai`, `greenhouse:figma`, a bare slug like `notion` (we detect the ATS for you), or a careers page like `https://linear.app/careers` (we find the embedded board).
- **Salary on every job that publishes one.** We use the ATS's structured pay fields where they exist (Lever, Ashby). For Greenhouse we also read pay-transparency ranges out of the description. In our test, 54% of 3,879 jobs (2,089) came with min, max, currency and interval.
- **Normalised fields**: `workplaceType` (REMOTE / HYBRID / ONSITE), `employmentType` (FULL_TIME / PART_TIME / CONTRACT / INTERN / TEMPORARY), department and team, all locations, ISO-8601 UTC dates, apply URL, and a plain-text description (HTML stripped).
- **Filters that save you money.** Keywords (whole-word, title or description), excluded keywords, locations, remote only, departments, employment types, and posted within N days. **You only pay for jobs that pass your filters.**
- **No double charges.** Jobs are de-duplicated across inputs by ATS job ID and apply URL.
- **Never overspends.** The actor stops at your run's max total charge, and boards still waiting in the queue aren't even fetched.
- **Respectful.** We honour robots.txt (RFC 9309, including wildcards) and `Crawl-delay`, and we never output jobs a company marked unlisted.

### Input example

```json
{
  "boards": ["https://jobs.lever.co/spotify", "greenhouse:stripe", "notion", "https://linear.app/careers"],
  "keywords": ["engineer"], "locations": ["London", "Remote"], "postedWithinDays": 30
}
```

### Output (one row per job)

| field | example |
|---|---|
| title | Senior Software Engineer, Distributed Data |
| company / ats / board | Cloudflare / greenhouse / cloudflare |
| locations | \["Remote - US", "New York, NY"] |
| workplaceType / employmentType | REMOTE / FULL_TIME |
| department / team | Engineering / Data |
| salaryMin / salaryMax / salaryCurrency / salaryInterval / salarySource | 185000 / 254000 / USD / year / description |
| publishedAt / updatedAt | 2026-09-15T16:52:11Z |
| jobUrl / applyUrl | https://... |
| description | plain text (turn off with `includeDescription: false`) |

The key-value store also gets `BOARDS_SUMMARY`, with the status, job count and delivered count for each input, and `RUN_STATS`.

### Pricing

| | Price per job | per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Free / Bronze | $0.001 | $1.00 |
| Silver and above | $0.0006 | $0.60 |

Filtered-out, duplicate, unlisted and failed-board jobs are never charged.

### Limitations

- Only Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Other ATSs (Workday, iCIMS and so on) aren't covered yet.
- Careers-page detection only finds boards linked in the page's HTML. Boards injected by JavaScript alone may need the ATS URL or slug instead.
- Salary parsed from descriptions takes the first stated range, which is often the first location zone.
- Some Greenhouse companies don't publish employment type or remote status. Those fields are then `null`, never guessed.

### Legal

We use only public, documented endpoints: the Greenhouse Job Board API ("publicly available, authentication not required"), the Lever Postings API, and the Ashby public Job Posting API. Job postings are published by employers for distribution. You're responsible for how you use the data, including any personal data such as recruiter names in descriptions.

# Actor input Schema

## `boards` (type: `array`):

One per line. Accepts Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby URLs (e.g. https://jobs.lever.co/spotify), 'greenhouse:stripe' style specs, bare company slugs (auto-detected across all three ATSs), or a company careers page URL (we find the embedded board).

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains any of these words (whole-word, case-insensitive). Empty = all jobs.

## `searchDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Match keywords in the job description too, not just the title.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words (e.g. senior, intern).

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location or country contains any of these (e.g. London, India, Remote).

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote by the ATS or with a remote location.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose department or team contains any of these.

## `employmentTypes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these employment types. Empty = all.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

0 = any date.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Turn off for smaller, faster output.

## `maxJobsPerBoard` (type: `integer`):

Newest first. 0 = no limit.

## `maxJobsTotal` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap for the whole run. 0 = no limit. You are also protected by the run's max total charge.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Per-host politeness (robots.txt Crawl-delay) is always applied.

## `requestTimeoutSecs` (type: `integer`):

Large boards (800+ jobs) can take 10-20 s.
