## Government Tender & RFP AI Qualification Monitor

Aggregates and normalizes government tenders and RFPs from multiple official portals with AI-driven qualification scoring for efficient bid/no-bid decisions.

### Features

### Usage

#### Input schema

- `regions`: List of country codes or trade blocs (e.g. `["US", "EU"]`).
- `keywords`: List of keywords or CPV/NAICS codes to filter tenders.
- `contract_value_band`: Object with optional `min` and `max` contract values.
- `notification_webhook`: Optional URL to receive JSON payload of tenders.
- `scrape_frequency`: String indicating frequency (e.g. `daily`, currently informational).

### Development

### Notes

- AI bid/no-bid scoring is currently a placeholder with stub values.
- US tender fetching simulates an API call to SAM.gov endpoint; replace with real API if available.
- EU tenders are simulated for demonstration.
- Designed for extensibility with additional adapters/plugins.
