## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 listing or projects

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## 99acres Scraper

Scrape 99acres search results in India: price and price per sq ft, BHK, bathrooms, carpet, built-up and super built-up area, floor, furnishing, locality with coordinates, RERA id, the dealer's company, photos and posting date. Searches that list new developments also give project rows with builder, price range and possession status. Paste a search URL with your filters and get one clean row per listing or project as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Why this Actor

- **Works where plain scrapers get blocked.** 99acres refuses ordinary HTTP clients. This Actor reads each page with a real browser's network fingerprint through Indian residential IPs, and retries a refused page from another IP.
- **Fast and light.** Every search page already holds its listings with full details, so there are no detail requests: 120 rentals take 5 page reads and about 12 seconds.
- **Listings and projects.** Resale and rent searches give individual listings; general "for sale" searches also give new projects. Every row says which (`type`).
- **Any search you can build on the site.** Set city, locality, BHK, budget and any other filter on 99acres.com, copy the URL, paste it here.
- **Newest first.** Turn on *Newest first* to read a search by posting date. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

### Quick start

1. Open 99acres.com, search and set your filters.
2. Copy the address of the results page, for example `https://www.99acres.com/flats-for-rent-in-mumbai-ffid`.
3. Paste it into **Search URLs**, set **Maximum results**, run.

```json
{
  "searchUrls": ["https://www.99acres.com/resale-flats-in-bangalore-ffid", "https://www.99acres.com/flats-for-rent-in-mumbai-ffid"],
  "maxResults": 500,
  "newestFirst": true
}
```

### Output

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id`, `type`, `url` | Listing id (SPID) or `project-<id>`; `listing` or `project`; link |
| `title`, `description`, `summary` | Heading, description; a project's configurations |
| `operation`, `price`, `maxPrice`, `priceLabel`, `pricePerSqft` | sale or rent; price in INR (rent per month); a project's range |
| `propertyType`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `balconies` | Type and rooms |
| `carpetAreaSqft`, `builtUpAreaSqft`, `superBuiltUpAreaSqft`, `floor`, `totalFloors`, `furnishing` | Area and building |
| `locality`, `city`, `state`, `latitude`, `longitude`, `buildingName` | Where |
| `builder`, `possession`, `newLaunch`, `reraId`, `tags` | Project and listing details |
| `advertiser` | Dealer or owner; a dealer's company and contact name |
| `images`, `postedAt`, `updatedAt` | Photos and dates |

Each run also writes a `SUMMARY` record: status, rows per search, pages read and network use.

### Pricing

Pay per result, platform usage and proxies included. The exact price is on the Pricing tab.

### Good to know

- The site shows about 60 pages per search (about 1,500 entries). For more, split a search by locality, BHK or budget; the run says when a search hit that limit.
- An owner's name is never included; dealers' company and contact names are, as the site shows them.
- The Actor reads public pages through residential proxies. It has no official agreement with 99acres.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

99acres search result pages copied from the browser, for example https://www.99acres.com/resale-flats-in-bangalore-ffid or https://www.99acres.com/flats-for-rent-in-mumbai-ffid. Every filter in the URL is kept. Up to 20.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Total rows (listings and projects) across all searches. A page holds 25 to 27; the site shows about 60 pages per search.

## `newestFirst` (type: `boolean`):

Read each search newest first instead of in the site's own order. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy in India by default; the site refuses most other traffic. Every request uses a new IP.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searchUrls": [
    "https://www.99acres.com/flats-for-rent-in-mumbai-ffid"
  ],
  "maxResults": 25,
  "newestFirst": false,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "IN"
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `listings` (type: `string`):

Every listing and project read.

## `csv` (type: `string`):

The same rows as CSV.

## `summary` (type: `string`):

Status, rows per search, pages read and network use.
