## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Inmuebles24 Scraper

Scrape Inmuebles24 real-estate search results in Mexico: price, building expenses, area, bedrooms (recámaras), bathrooms, parking, address with coordinates, publisher and photos for every listing. Paste a search URL with your filters and get one clean row per listing as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Why this Actor

- **Works where plain scrapers get blocked.** Inmuebles24 refuses ordinary HTTP clients. This Actor reads each page with a real browser's network fingerprint through residential IPs in Mexico, and retries a refused page from another IP.
- **Fast and light.** Every search page already holds its 30 listings with full details, so 1,000 listings take about 34 page reads and no detail requests.
- **Any search you can build on the site.** Set location, type, price, rooms and any other filter on www.inmuebles24.com, copy the URL, paste it here. Every filter in the URL is kept.
- **Newest first.** Turn on *Newest first* to read a search by publication date. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

### Quick start

1. Open www.inmuebles24.com, search and set your filters.
2. Copy the address of the results page, for example `https://www.inmuebles24.com/departamentos-en-renta-en-ciudad-de-mexico.html`.
3. Paste it into **Search URLs**, set **Maximum listings**, run.

```json
{
  "searchUrls": ["https://www.inmuebles24.com/departamentos-en-renta-en-ciudad-de-mexico.html", "https://www.inmuebles24.com/casas-en-venta-en-guadalajara.html"],
  "maxResults": 500,
  "newestFirst": true
}
```

### Output

One row per listing:

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id`, `url` | Inmuebles24 listing id and link |
| `title`, `summary`, `description` | Publisher's title, the site's one-line summary, full description |
| `operation`, `price`, `currency`, `prices` | sale, rent or temporary_rent; price and ISO currency (MXN or USD); every operation with its price |
| `expenses`, `expensesCurrency` | Monthly building expenses |
| `propertyType` | Property type as the site names it |
| `address`, `location`, `neighborhood`, `city`, `province`, `latitude`, `longitude` | Where the property is |
| `totalAreaSqm`, `coveredAreaSqm`, `rooms`, `bedrooms`, `bathrooms`, `halfBathrooms`, `ageYears`, `parkingSpaces` | Main features |
| `publisher` | Agency, developer or private owner: id, name, type and page URL |
| `images` | Photo URLs |
| `onlineSince`, `promoted` | Date the listing went online; paid highlight on the site |

Each run also writes a `SUMMARY` record: status, listings per search, pages read and network use.

### Pricing

Pay per result, platform usage and proxies included. The exact price is on the Pricing tab.

### Good to know

- Search URLs only: listing pages and agency pages are not search URLs.
- A search ends when its pages run out or the maximum is reached. Deep pages of a very large search can repeat earlier ones; the Actor stops a search after two pages with nothing new.
- Prices on request have `price` null.
- The Actor reads public pages through residential proxies. It has no official agreement with Inmuebles24.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Inmuebles24 search result pages copied from the browser, for example https://www.inmuebles24.com/departamentos-en-venta-en-ciudad-de-mexico.html or https://www.inmuebles24.com/departamentos-en-renta-en-guadalajara.html. Every filter in the URL is kept. Up to 20.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Total listings to deliver across all searches. Each page holds 30.

## `newestFirst` (type: `boolean`):

Read each search newest first instead of in the site's own order. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy in Mexico by default; the site refuses most other traffic. Every request uses a new IP.

  }
}
```
# Actor output Schema
