## iProperty Scraper

Scrape iProperty search results in Malaysia: price and price per sqft, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, tenure (freehold or leasehold), address, district, state, nearby train station, the agent with REN licence and agency, posting date and photos. Paste a search URL with your filters and get one clean row per listing as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Why this Actor

- **Works where plain scrapers get blocked.** iProperty refuses ordinary HTTP clients and answers page 2 and later of a search with a block page. This Actor reads the first page with a real browser's network fingerprint through residential IPs in Malaysia, and every later page from the site's own data route, which serves any page.
- **Fast and light.** Every page already holds its listings with full details, so there are no detail requests: 100 listings take about 6 reads and a few seconds.
- **Any search you can build on the site.** Set state, area, type, price, bedrooms and any other filter on www.iproperty.com.my, copy the URL, paste it here. Every filter in the URL is kept.
