## Pricing

from $1.05 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ZAP Imoveis Scraper

Scrape ZAP Imóveis real-estate search results in Brazil: sale price or rent, condominium fee, IPTU, usable area, bedrooms, suites, bathrooms, parking, amenities, address with coordinates, the agency with its CRECI licence and published phone, and photos. Paste a search URL with your filters and get one clean row per listing as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Why this Actor

- **Works where plain scrapers get blocked.** ZAP Imóveis refuses ordinary HTTP clients. This Actor reads each page with a real browser's network fingerprint through Brazilian residential IPs, and retries a refused page from another IP.
- **Fast and light.** Every search page already holds its 30 listings with full details, so there are no detail requests: 150 listings take about 6 page reads and a few seconds.
- **Any search you can build on the site.** Set location, type, price, bedrooms and any other filter on www.zapimoveis.com.br, copy the URL, paste it here. Every filter in the URL is kept.
- **Newest first.** Turn on *Newest first* to read a search by publication date. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

### Quick start

1. Open www.zapimoveis.com.br, search and set your filters.
2. Copy the address of the results page, for example `https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/venda/apartamentos/sp+sao-paulo/`.
3. Paste it into **Search URLs**, set **Maximum listings**, run.

```json
{
  "searchUrls": ["https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/venda/apartamentos/sp+sao-paulo/", "https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/aluguel/imoveis/rj+rio-de-janeiro/"],
  "maxResults": 500,
  "newestFirst": true
}
```

### Output

One row per listing:

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id`, `url` | Listing id (the same on ZAP Imoveis and VivaReal) and link |
| `title`, `description` | Title and full description |
| `operation`, `price`, `salePrice`, `rentPrice` | sale or rent; price in BRL |
| `condoFee`, `iptu` | Monthly condominium fee and IPTU |
| `propertyType`, `listingType` | APARTMENT, HOME, ...; USED or DEVELOPMENT |
| `address`, `location`, `neighborhood`, `city`, `state`, `stateCode`, `latitude`, `longitude` | Where the property is |
| `areaSqm`, `totalAreaSqm`, `bedrooms`, `suites`, `bathrooms`, `parkingSpaces`, `floor`, `features` | Main features and amenities |
| `advertiser` | Agency or owner: name, type, CRECI licence, page URL; an agency's published business phones |
| `images` | Photo URLs |
| `promoted`, `publicationType` | Paid highlight on the site |

Each run also writes a `SUMMARY` record: status, listings per search, pages read and network use.

### Pricing

Pay per result, platform usage and proxies included. The exact price is on the Pricing tab.

### Good to know

- The site shows about 1,500 listings per search (50 pages). For more, split a search by neighbourhood, price or bedrooms; the run says when a search hit that limit.
- Phone numbers are included only for agencies, as the site publishes them; never for private owners.
- Prices on request have `price` null.
- The Actor reads public pages through residential proxies. It has no official agreement with ZAP Imóveis.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

ZAP Imóveis search result pages copied from the browser, for example https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/venda/apartamentos/sp+sao-paulo/ or https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/aluguel/imoveis/rj+rio-de-janeiro/. Every filter in the URL is kept. Up to 20.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Total listings to deliver across all searches. Each page holds 30; the site shows about 1,500 listings per search (50 pages).

## `newestFirst` (type: `boolean`):

Read each search newest first instead of in the site's own order. With a small maximum, a daily run gets the latest listings.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy in Brazil by default; the site refuses most other traffic. Every request uses a new IP.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searchUrls": [
    "https://www.zapimoveis.com.br/aluguel/apartamentos/sp+sao-paulo/"
  ],
  "maxResults": 30,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "BR"
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `listings` (type: `string`):

Every listing read.

## `csv` (type: `string`):

The same rows as CSV.

## `summary` (type: `string`):

Status, listings per search, pages read and network use.
