Compliance changes after the source terms audit.

- Removed the State Bank of India source and all bank website code: the SBI website disclaimer requires its prior written approval before its content is displayed or printed. The Actor now reads IBBI liquidation notices only; selecting `BANKS`, `SBI` or `BAANKNET` stops the run with an input error before any charge.
- Individual names are always hidden; the `hideIndividualNames` option was removed (`false` is rejected).
- Street-level property description and address are withheld unless the debtor is recognised as a company or firm and the asset is not residential.
- The shared cache is off by default.
- README, run summary, report and every item now state: data from public notices, verify with the original notice, not affiliated with IBBI; name and address masking is heuristic.

- Reads IBBI liquidation auction notices (list table and "Details" PDFs) and the State Bank of India Sarfaesi notice list and PDFs.
- Converts lakh and crore amounts to rupees, normalises dates and times (IST), areas (square feet) and asset types; resolves state, city and pincode.
- Removes duplicates and detects changes: new, rescheduled, price-revised, cancelled, corrigendum.
- Filters by state, city, pincode prefix, asset type, reserve price, auction date window and keywords.
- Individual borrower names hidden by default; guarantor names, mobile numbers and residence addresses never output.
- Dataset views (Auctions, Changes, Run summary), OUTPUT, REPORT (HTML) and AUCTIONS.csv records; optional webhook and Slack webhook.
- Pay per event: watch-check, auction-listing, auction-update. Free plan: IBBI only, one state, 10 auctions per run.
- Not included: Baanknet (its terms forbid reuse), Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, Union Bank of India and Indian Overseas Bank (no usable public list or robots.txt forbids the PDFs).
