### 2026-10-17

- Searches by destination name ("Bali", "Paris") work again. Booking.com shut the old place-lookup service the Actor used (every search ended with a "bot check" row and no hotels); the Actor now looks the place up the way the Booking.com search box does today.
- Every run now ends with a one-line summary of what came back (or, if nothing did, why).

### 2026-10-15

- When Booking.com shows its bot check to the default proxy, the Actor now retries through residential addresses by itself instead of returning an error and asking you to change the proxy setting.
- Searches by place name no longer fail now and then with "HTTP 410": Booking's destination lookup refuses requests at random, and the Actor now keeps asking it (quickly) until it answers.
