## Pricing

from $14.00 / 1,000 e-mail founds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

**YouTube Channel Email Scraper** finds the **business e-mail addresses of YouTube creators** in bulk. Search channels by topic or paste channel handles and URLs; for every channel you get the **public e-mail** — from the channel itself or from the creator's own website — together with **subscribers, video count, description, website and social profiles** (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Patreon, Discord, Telegram, Threads).

**$0.02 per e-mail found.** Channels without an e-mail are free (and hidden by default). No start fee, no login, no YouTube API key.

### What is YouTube Channel Email Scraper?

An outreach-list builder for influencer marketing, sponsorships, PR and B2B sales to creators. Type the topics your ideal creators make videos about — *home workout*, *skincare routine*, *personal finance* — or paste a list of channels, and get back the ones you can actually write to.

**Where the e-mails come from.** Creators publish addresses in two places: the channel page (description and links) and their own website. The Actor reads both. In our tests on 40 mid-size channels, **18% had an e-mail on the channel and another 20% on the linked website — about 38% in total**. It does not solve YouTube's "view e-mail address" captcha, and it never guesses addresses.

### What is in every row

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `email`, `emails`, `emailSource` | The address(es) and where they were found: `channel` or `website` |
| `title`, `handle`, `channelUrl`, `channelId` | The channel |
| `subscribers`, `subscribersText`, `videoCount` | Size |
| `description`, `keywords`, `avatarUrl`, `isFamilySafe` | Profile |
| `website`, `links` | The creator's website and every link on the channel |
| `instagram`, `tiktok`, `x`, `facebook`, `linkedin`, `patreon`, `discord`, `telegram`, `threads` | Social profiles |

### How much does it cost?

**$0.02 per e-mail found** — nothing else.

- Channels without an e-mail: **$0** (hidden by default; turn off **Only channels with an e-mail** to see them).
- Channels below your **Minimum subscribers**: **$0**.
- Searches, channel pages and website visits: included.

#### Bulk export: what 50,000 rows actually cost

This Actor is built for bulk jobs — dozens of topics in one run, or a weekly schedule that adds new
creators to your outreach list. There is **no fee per run, no fee per search and no proxy charge**:
you pay only for the e-mails you get.

| Job | This Actor | Most-used Actor in this category |
|---|---|---|
| 50,000 creator e-mails across 100 runs | **$1,000** | $6,000 |

Checked on the Apify Store on 23 September 2026 against the Actor with the most monthly users in
this category ($0.12 per row). Some Actors here ask less per row — this table compares against the one
buyers actually use most.

### How to use it in three steps

1. Type topics into **Search queries** (e.g. `home workout`, `bali travel vlog`) or paste handles and URLs into **Channels**.
2. Set **Channels per query** and, if you want mid-size creators only, **Minimum subscribers**.
3. Press **Start**, then download JSON, CSV or Excel — or send the rows to your outreach tool through n8n, Make or Zapier.

### ⬇️ Input

}
```
### ⬆️ Output
### Use cases
#### Influencer and sponsorship outreach
Topic in, creators with an address out — filtered by subscriber count, ready for your sequencer.
#### PR and product seeding
A list of reviewers in a category with their contact and socials in one row.
#### Selling to creators
Tools, agencies and services for YouTubers — the lead list builds itself weekly.
#### AI agents
Through the Apify MCP server: *"find 20 fitness YouTubers with over 50k subscribers and their e-mails"*.
### Integrations
Every run is available through the Apify API, and the Actor works out of the box with n8n, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, LangChain and the Apify MCP server.
### FAQ
**Does it get the hidden "business inquiries" e-mail behind YouTube's captcha?** No. It collects addresses creators publish openly on the channel and on their website. That is why you pay only when one is found.
**Why did a big channel come back without an e-mail?** Many large creators route inquiries through a form or an agency site. Turn off **Only channels with an e-mail** to see them with their website and socials — free.
**Do I need a YouTube API key?** No.
**Is this legal?** The Actor collects contact details creators publish for business inquiries. Use them for relevant business outreach, honour opt-outs and follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar rules.
# Actor input Schema
## `channels` (type: `array`):
Handles or channel URLs — <b>mkbhd</b>, <b>@veritasium</b>, <b>https://youtube.com/@MrBeast</b>. One channel, one row.
## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):
Build the list instead of pasting it: <b>fitness coach</b>, <b>marketing agency</b>. YouTube's own channel search is read and every channel it returns is looked up.
## `maxChannelsPerQuery` (type: `integer`):
How many channels to take from each search query.
## `followSiteForEmail` (type: `boolean`):
When a channel publishes no address, the site it links to is read as well. That is where a fifth of the contacts come from. Third-party addresses — booking widgets, site builders, platform support — are dropped rather than passed off as the creator's.
## `minSubscribers` (type: `integer`):
Skip channels below this size. Skipped channels are not charged.
## `onlyWithEmail` (type: `boolean`):
Deliver only channels where an e-mail was found (default). Turn off to also get channels without one — those rows are free.
## `concurrency` (type: `integer`):
How many channels to look up at the same time.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
A hard ceiling on what one run delivers and bills.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
YouTube answers directly in almost every case; the proxy is used only when a page comes back without its data.
## Actor input object example
```json
{
  "channels": [
    "mkbhd",
    "veritasium",
    "MrBeast"
  ],
  "searchQueries": [],
  "maxChannelsPerQuery": 20,
  "followSiteForEmail": true,
  "minSubscribers": 0,
  "onlyWithEmail": true,
  "concurrency": 5,
  "maxItems": 5000,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `creators` (type: `string`):
One row per channel: subscribers, video count, description, the links the creator published, their social profiles, the website and the business e-mail where one is public.
