# Read a year of reviews of every business in a category

**Use case:** 

Every business of one kind in a city, each with its newest Google reviews on the row: stars, date, the text and the owner's reply, plus the themes Google tags across all its reviews ("wait time (12)"). Where the sales hook is: an agency reads "nobody answers the phone" and knows what to pitch; a buyer compares shortlisted suppliers on what customers say. Star-only reviews come free.
