## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Kalibrr Scraper — Philippines and Indonesia job postings

Extract job postings from Kalibrr (Philippines and Indonesia) by keyword and city: title, company, city, salary where shown, job type, posting date, deadline, URL.

### Three rows from a real run

| Title | Company | Location | Salary | Posted |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Head of Customer Experience | MedGrocer | Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines | 99,959–150,000 PHP per month | 2026-10-20 |
| Supply Chain Director | MedGrocer | Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines | 100,000–150,000 PHP per month | 2026-10-20 |
| Family Driver | GINGERSNAPS Philippines | Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines | – | 2026-10-08 |

The default run (`country: "PH"`, `searchTerms: ["driver"]`, `maxItems: 100`) on 2026-10-20 returned 100 postings in 18 seconds and costs $0.15 at $1.50 per 1,000 results. Kalibrr listed 775 postings in the Philippines and 1,748 in Indonesia that day.

Kalibrr is a job board for the Philippines and Indonesia, used by companies from start-ups to large employers. This Actor turns its job board into a clean table: the job, the company, the city and region, the job type, the salary where the company shows one, when the posting went live and when applications close.

Press Start. The defaults return driver jobs in the Philippines.

### What a row looks like

```json
{
  "title": "Head of Customer Experience",
  "company": "MedGrocer",
  "location": "Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines",
  "remote": false,
  "employment_type": "Full time",
  "salary_min": 99959,
  "salary_max": 150000,
  "salary_currency": "PHP",
  "salary_period": "month",
  "posted_at": "2026-10-20",
  "application_deadline": "2026-12-18",
  "categories": [
    "Health and Medical"
  ],
  "source_url": "https://www.kalibrr.com/c/medgrocer/jobs/274461/head-of-customer-experience",
  "external_id": "274461"
}
```

`company` is the hiring company as Kalibrr names it. Business names only: a name that is or contains a person's name is left empty. Contact persons, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are never collected, and the job description, qualifications and the street line of the address are not read into a row.

Every row also carries `source_site` and `scraped_at`.

| Field | What it holds | How often it is filled (example run, 100 rows) |
|---|---|---|
| `title`, `company`, `location` | Job title; company; city, region and country | Always |
| `employment_type` | Full time, Part time, Contractual, … | Always |
| `remote` | Work from home | Always |
| `salary_min`, `salary_max`, `salary_currency`, `salary_period` | Salary range where the company shows it; the currency as the site gives it (PHP in the example run); `month` | 30 of 100 |
| `posted_at` | Day the posting went live | Always |
| `application_deadline` | Closing date for applications | Always |
| `categories` | Kalibrr's job function | Always |
| `source_url`, `external_id` | The posting on Kalibrr, its id | Always |

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `country` | `PH` (Philippines, default) or `ID` (Indonesia). |
| `searchTerms` | Keywords, e.g. `driver`, `accountant`, `customer service`. Each keyword is one search. Empty: every posting in the country. |
| `location` | One city as Kalibrr writes it, e.g. `Makati`, `Cebu City`, `Jakarta Selatan`, `Bandung`. Empty: the whole country. |
| `postedAfter`, `sinceDays` | Keep only postings that went live on or after a date, or in the last N days. |
| `maxItems` | Stop after this many rows. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Off by default; not needed for this site. |

A city, keyword or country Kalibrr cannot match returns no rows: the site then shows its whole board instead, and the Actor does not pass that off as your search.

### How it works

The Actor sends the same request the job board's "Load more jobs" button sends and reads the result list, 15 at a time, pausing 2 seconds between requests. It never opens a posting's own page.

### Pricing

$1.50 per 1,000 results (event `result-item`), no start fee. Set a maximum charge per run in the run options to cap it.

### Good to know

- The data is what Kalibrr shows on the day of the run. The board's order is its own relevance, not the date.
- Questions or a missing field: open an issue on this Actor.

# Actor input Schema

## `country` (type: `string`):

Kalibrr's job board for the Philippines or for Indonesia.

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Keywords to search for, e.g. driver, accountant or customer service. Leave empty for every posting in the country.

## `location` (type: `string`):

One city as Kalibrr writes it, e.g. Makati, Cebu City, Jakarta Selatan or Bandung. Leave empty for the whole country. A city the site does not know returns no rows.

## `postedAfter` (type: `string`):

Return only listings posted at or after this ISO 8601 date-time, e.g. 2026-09-01T00:00:00Z.

## `sinceDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only listings posted in the last N days, counted in UTC from the day the run starts: 1 = yesterday and today. Made for a daily schedule. Ignored when Posted after is set.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many records. Keeps your cost predictable.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Off by default. Turn on (residential, in the site's country) only if runs start getting blocked with 403/429.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "country": "PH",
  "searchTerms": [
    "driver"
  ],
  "location": "",
  "postedAfter": "",
  "maxItems": 100,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": false
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `overview` (type: `string`):

All listings from this run: what the car is, what it costs, and who is selling it.

## `pricing` (type: `string`):

The same listings reduced to the fields used for price analysis and market monitoring.

## `dealers` (type: `string`):

The same listings focused on who is selling them.

## `runReport` (type: `string`):

Pages read, records delivered, errors, and the verdict (ok, degraded or broken).
