- Restored everything removed on 24 Oct: Google Play keyword search, top charts and reviews, longer developer lists, and the App Store similar-apps read; the previous request handling (parallel requests, proxies, 48 tries per empty App Store review page) is back. Title, description, README and input descriptions match again.

### 2026-10-24

- Scope reduced to what the stores' own rules allow. **Still offered:** the App Store through Apple's iTunes Search API and RSS feeds (details, keyword search, top charts, developer lists, customer reviews), and Google Play app pages (`/store/apps/details`) and developer pages. **Removed:** Google Play keyword search, Google Play top charts, Google Play reviews, paging through a Google Play developer's longer list, the page's own data calls, and the App Store app-page read for similar apps. Asking for any of these ends the run successfully with a message, nothing requested and nothing charged; the input fields are unchanged.
- Polite requests only: one connection, no proxy, no IP or session changes, calls paced (App Store one every 3 s, Google Play one a second). When a store answers "too many requests" the run waits as it asks, retries twice, then stops asking that store for the rest of the run and keeps what it has. A store refusing requests now ends the run successfully with a message instead of FAILED.
- The App Store review feed's empty-page retry is down from 48 to at most 12 paced tries per page.
- Store title, description, README and input descriptions updated to match.

### 2026-10-18

- Fix: App Store reviews could come back empty (for example Duolingo and Spotify in the US store). Apple's review feed answers most requests with an empty page that its CDN then caches; the Actor now asks again with fresh requests, up to 48 times per page. The prefill includes an App Store sample again.
- Store title, description and README rewritten: field table, real sample rows, what's free and limits up front.
- The input's prefill now returns 5 reviews from each store, so a first run shows reviews in seconds. Defaults are unchanged.

### 2026-10-16 (0.1.7-0.1.9)

- Price cut: $0.10 per 1,000 apps or reviews.
- New review filters: `reviewsSince` (newest-first runs stop at the first older review), `reviewKeywords` and `appVersions`. Reviews they leave out are not charged, and the run message says how many each one left out.
