### 2026-10-21 (0.1.14 onwards)

All additions. Existing inputs, defaults, fields and prices are unchanged.

- New input: **Benchmark against local competitors** (`benchmarkCompetitors`, off by default), with **Competitors to compare** (`competitorsToCompare`, 3 to 25, default 10) and **Also return the competitors' business rows** (`includeCompetitorRows`). One new `benchmark` row per business: overall rank among competitors with the same BBB category in the same city ("5 of 11"), rank and percentile for BBB grade, stars, complaints closed in the last 12 months, share of complaints answered and resolved and days to first reply, 2 to 4 plain-English highlights and the competitor list. Charged as a new `benchmark` event ($0.04 per row on Free and Starter, $0.03 Scale, $0.022 Business) that starts on 2026-11-04 (Apify requires two weeks' notice for a price change); before then a run with the option on skips the benchmark, says so and charges nothing for it.
- Reputation summary rows (`includeSummary`) gain `complaintThemesByMonth`, `risingThemes` and `themeSummary`, worked out from the complaints already read. No extra pages and no new charge.
- New input: **Licences expiring within** (`licenseExpiringWithinDays`, 1 to 365). Returns only business rows with a licence expiring in that window or expired in the last 30 days, with `licenseExpiresInDays`, `licenseStatus`, `licenseAgencies` and `expiringLicenses`. Non-matching businesses are not returned or charged. Opens each business's page and skips reviews, complaints and summaries.
- New dataset views **Competitor benchmark** and **Licence expiry watch**.

### 2026-10-20 (0.1.10-0.1.13)

- New input: **Add a reputation summary per business** (`includeSummary`, off by default, so existing runs are unchanged). Each business gets one `summary` row worked out from the reviews and complaints the run read: complaints per month for the last 12 months, last 90 days against the 90 before, the share the business answered and resolved (BBB's own statuses), median and 90th-percentile days to its first reply, top 5 complaint types, average stars, star mix, review reply rate and reviews per month, with BBB grade, accreditation and years in business. `periodFrom`, `periodTo` and `basis` say what the numbers come from. Months the run didn't read back to are `null`, not 0. Counts only: no consumer names or text.
- A summary is charged as one business row ($0.50 per 1,000). Prices are unchanged.
- New dataset view **Summary**.

### 2026-10-20 (0.1.8-0.1.9)

- More names removed from complaint and reply text: a staff member introducing themselves ("I'm … from Amazon.com"), a name after a title ("Dr. …", "Miss …") and a first name left showing before BBB's masking ("Dear … \*\*\*\*\*").
- New business fields: `latitude` and `longitude` (business pages and search results), `licenses` (number, agency and expiry of each licence BBB lists) and `searchLocation`.
- New input: **More search locations** runs every search in several cities or ZIP codes; **Accredited businesses only** skips the others for free.
- A name search whose results don't match the name now says so in the status message, with the fix (paste the business's BBB link).

### 2026-10-18

- Consumer names in complaint text are removed: signed names, "My name is …", the customer's name in a business reply's greeting, staff signatures and names BBB masked only in part (`***** A *****`) now read `[name removed]`. The same goes for review text and replies. Business names are kept.
- Published on the Apify Store.
- Store title, description and README rewritten: field table, real sample rows, what's free and limits up front.
