- Store listing (4 Nov): README adds the weekly story, console scheduling steps, signal thresholds, why unchanged companies are free and a price table per event (full depth, the default, is $25 per 1,000; basic $6); the Store description now states both prices; Watch list name is prefilled; the Changes view shows key-page changes.
- First build: the company-enrichment engine in monitor mode by default.
- Each company is compared with its own last snapshot per watch list (`watchName`): `monitorStatus`, `changes` (old, new, since), `changedSince`, `snapshotAt`, `stale`.
- Noise rules: thresholds for volatile numbers, lists compared as sets, a source that could not be read is never a change, and a value that disappears is reported only when the next run confirms it.
