## Pricing

from $1.99 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

## Fincaraiz Scraper — Colombia Property & Agency Leads

Export listings from **Fincaraiz**, Colombia's largest property portal — price in pesos and dollars, area, stratum, neighbourhood, coordinates and the listing agency — to JSON, CSV or Excel. Keyless, no login.

### What does Fincaraiz Scraper do?

Fincaraiz embeds its full search payload in the page, so this Actor reads it directly without a browser. That payload is unusually complete, and three parts of it get real handling rather than a straight copy.

**Attributes come as a technical sheet.** Bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, built area, private area, stratum and floor arrive as a list of field/value pairs whose length varies by property type. Each is looked up by name and promoted to its own column, so a listing that omits garages does not push its bathroom count into the wrong field.

**Numbers are Colombian-formatted.** "61,21 m2" means 61.21 square metres — and the unit itself ends in a digit, so the naive approach of stripping non-digits yields 61,212. The numeric token is matched properly instead.

**Coordinates arrive as WKT**, longitude first: `POINT (-74.058 4.718)`. Read in written order every property lands in the wrong hemisphere, so the pair is swapped into the usual latitude/longitude order.

The **stratum** column deserves a mention for anyone new to the Colombian market: it is the official 1–6 socio-economic classification of the address, and it drives utility tariffs and buyer expectations. It is one of the most useful segmentation fields in Colombian property data and it is exported here as a number.

### Who is it for?

- **Real-estate agencies** benchmarking stock, pricing and competitor activity.
- **Investors** comparing price per m² by neighbourhood and stratum.
- **Proptech vendors** prospecting Colombian agencies and developers.
- **Analysts** tracking supply, USD-denominated pricing and new construction.
- **Portal builders** who need a structured Colombian feed with coordinates.

### Use cases

- Pull every apartment for sale in Bogotá with private area, stratum and price.
- Compare price per m² across neighbourhoods within one locality.
- Build an agency lead list, separating developers, agencies and private sellers.
- Track new-construction supply using the construction-state column.
- Model rental yield by running venta and arriendo over the same area.

### Why use this Actor?

- **Price in both COP and USD**, plus the administration fee where published.
- **Stratum, private area and built area** as separate numeric columns.
- **Exact coordinates**, correctly ordered.
- **Seller identity and type** — agency, developer or private — with address.
- **Full location hierarchy**: neighbourhood, locality, city, department, zone.
- **Keyless and browserless** — no login, no headless Chrome, low cost per row.

### What data can you extract?

Every row carries the listing ID and code, title and URL, operation and property type, construction state, price in COP and USD with the admin-inclusive figure and admin fee, bedrooms, bathrooms and garages, total, built and private area, stratum, floor, age, address and whether it is public, neighbourhood, locality, city, department and zone, latitude and longitude, seller name, type, address, logo and profile URL, description, image count, barter flag, and the country and source.

### How to use it

1. Choose **venta** (sale) or **arriendo** (rent).
2. Pick a property type.
3. Enter the **city** and **department** slugs from a Fincaraiz search URL — for example `bogota` / `bogota-dc`, or `medellin` / `antioquia`.
4. Set **Maximum results** and run, then export JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Input example

```json
{
  "operation": "venta",
  "propertyType": "apartamentos",
  "city": "medellin",
  "department": "antioquia",
  "maxResults": 1000
}
```

### Notes and limits

- Prices are asking prices set by agencies, developers and owners.
- Seller phone numbers are masked by Fincaraiz on the search page, so they are deliberately not exported — the seller name, address and profile URL are.
- Some columns are genuinely sparse: floor number, age and admin fee are only filled when the advertiser published them.
- The address is a free-text label; the neighbourhood, locality, city and department columns are the reliable way to group results.
- This Actor exports search results, not full property pages — open the listing URL for the complete description and gallery.

### FAQ

**Do I need a Fincaraiz account?**
No. Search results are public and the Actor needs nothing from you.

**Where do I find the city and department slugs?**
Run a search on Fincaraiz and copy them from the URL: `/venta/apartamentos/medellin/antioquia`.

**What is "stratum"?**
Colombia's official 1–6 socio-economic classification of an address. It affects utility tariffs and is a standard way to segment the market.

**Does it cover rentals?**
Yes — set the operation to `arriendo`.

**How am I charged?**
Pay per result — you pay for the listings delivered.

# Actor input Schema

## `operation` (type: `string`):

Sale (venta) or rent (arriendo).

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

Which kind of property to list.

## `city` (type: `string`):

Fincaraiz city slug from the search URL, e.g. bogota, medellin, cali, barranquilla.

## `department` (type: `string`):

Department slug that follows the city in the URL, e.g. bogota-dc, antioquia, valle-del-cauca. Leave empty to search the city alone.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many listings. Fincaraiz renders 21 per page and the Actor walks pages until the target is met.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Fincaraiz embeds its search payload in the page; the default datacenter proxy is enough.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "operation": "venta",
  "propertyType": "apartamentos",
  "city": "bogota",
  "department": "bogota-dc",
  "maxResults": 500,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```
