## Changelog

### 2026-10-15

- A run that reaches its maximum cost per run now stops cleanly with its results saved and a status message, instead of ending as aborted.
- A proxy group your account cannot use no longer stops the run at start-up; it falls back to the default Apify Proxy.

### 2026-10-13 — maximum cost per run

- The run now reads its pay-per-event budget ("Maximum cost per run") at start and plans for exactly as many results as
it covers: no rows dropped silently, no aborted runs. When the budget is smaller than "Max results", the run stops
cleanly at the affordable number, succeeds, and its status message says how many results the budget covered and how to
  get more (`SUMMARY.stoppedBy = "MAX_COST"`, `affordableResults`).

### 2026-10-13 — first release

- **Projects**: open for bids now, closed only, or the full history (17.7 million projects), newest first. Budget range in
the posted currency and in USD, hourly commitment, bid count and average bid (also in USD), skills, categories, status
and close reason, posting date, bidding period, language, 11 upgrade/kind flags, location of local jobs, and the client's
country when you filter by country.
- **Freelancers**: the 1.6-million-profile directory with hourly rate, location, time zone, rating and five sub-scores,
reviews, jobs completed, completion/on-budget/on-time rates, earnings score, skills, exams, portfolio size, membership,
Preferred Freelancer and verification badges, member-since date, photo and "About me".
- **Bids**: every bid on the projects found (or on given project URLs) with amount (and USD), delivery days, rank, award
status (winner marked `awarded`) and the bidder's profile stats joined in.
- **Contests**: active or full history with prize (and USD), entries, duration, judging period, dates and skills.
- **URLs**: project pages and IDs, profiles and usernames, contests, and skill pages (`/jobs/<skill>/`,
  `/freelancers/skills/<skill>`, `/freelancers/<country>/<skill>`).
- **Depth**: searches past Freelancer.com's 5,000-result paging cap are read in pipelined time windows that follow the
listing's own update-time order (25,000 projects in 46 s); freelancer searches past 10,000 are split by hourly-rate band
  and country (12,000 profiles in 54 s).
- **Rate limits**: per-IP limit headers are read on every response; work moves to fresh Apify Proxy IPs before a limit is
hit (0 rate-limit errors in a 252-request run), or waits for the window to reopen without a proxy.
- **Outcomes**: exact `maxItems`, no duplicate rows, rows saved page by page; empty searches succeed with an explanation,
unreachable sources fail with the reason; a `SUMMARY` record lists requests, windows, splits, duplicates, response
times and inputs that were not found.
