## Changelog

### 1.0 (2026-10-20)

- First release.
- Google Hotels result lists read through the same request Google Hotels' own page uses (18 hotels per request), with every filter of the "All filters" panel: price per night, guest rating, hotel class, 19 amenities, 10 property types, free cancellation, special offers, eco-certified; four orders (Google's, lowest price, highest rating, most reviewed); 42 currencies, 31 languages, any Google country; adults and children with ages; dates as YYYY-MM-DD or rolling +N days.
- Whole cities: Google's list stops after ~500–1,000 hotels and re-ranks on every request, so a destination is read three ways and de-duplicated by Google hotel ID — Google's own list (rank), map boxes (the destination's map area, widened while that adds hotels, plus the surrounding boxes for sprawling cities, split until each box holds at most 100 hotels) and price bands of the lowest-price list.
- "Only hotels with prices" (default on) keeps the hotels Google can price for the dates; off returns every lodging place Google lists.
- Hotel pages: street address, phone, every booking offer with nightly price before and with taxes, total and link (official site flagged, sponsored offers flagged, ad-click links not passed on), room options, full amenity list by category, languages spoken, neighborhood, nearby sights, transit and airports with travel times, third-party ratings, place ID.
- Fixed price meanings in every row and offer: per night before taxes, per night all-in, totals for the stay, taxes and fees separately — independent of how Google displays prices in the visitor's country.
- Hotel links and IDs: price specific hotels (rate-parity checks, daily tracking). Google Hotels links in the rows open the same dates, guests and currency.
- IDs for joining other data: Google hotel ID, place ID (ChIJ…), CID, feature ID, Knowledge Graph ID.
- Network: direct connection and Apify datacenter proxy (US exits) side by side, refused routes paused and retried, a capped residential rescue route when the input has no proxy; every request bounded by the run's own deadline.
- Platform restarts (migrations): hotels already written are remembered in the run's key-value store, so a restarted run neither writes nor charges them twice.
- Pay-per-result budget: stops cleanly at the run's maximum cost with a clear message (SUMMARY `stoppedBy: MAX_COST`); SUMMARY record per destination (Google's count, hotels from the list, map boxes and price bands).
