## Changelog

### 1.0 (2026-10-18)

- First release.
- Google Maps result-list JSON, up to ~200 places per request, direct connection first (Apify datacenter proxy with a new IP per request, then the input proxy, only as fallback; automatic return to the direct route).
- Area splitting past Google's ~120-places-per-search limit: locations geocoded to OpenStreetMap boundary polygons (city, district, postal code, state, country), circles (lat/lng + radius), bounding boxes and Google Maps search links; map views split into quarters while 50+ results fall inside them (views wider than 100 km always), down to 100 m; places kept only inside the boundary and de-duplicated by place ID. Measured 99.0 % of a brute-force grid in the densest tested district (Manhattan, East Village).
- Place lookups by place ID (ChIJ…), CID, feature ID, place links and ?cid= links.
- Fields verified by hand against the live Google Maps page and a second Google request on 26 places in the US, Germany, the UK, Turkey, Japan, Australia and France.
- Contact enrichment from each business's website: validated e-mails (mailto, text, Cloudflare-protected, \[at]/\[dot] obfuscation, schema.org; placeholders and tracking junk removed), tel: phones, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest; homepage + one contact page; hard per-site time and size limits.
- Google redirect links ("/url?q=…") unwrapped (about 5 % of Google Maps websites).
- Filters: minimum rating, minimum reviews, with / without website, skip permanently closed, category must contain; per-search cap.
- 31 languages for categories, hours and descriptions; Google country set from each location automatically.
- Pay-per-result budget: stops cleanly at the run's maximum cost with a clear message (SUMMARY `stoppedBy: MAX_COST`); SUMMARY record with per-search map views, duplicates, out-of-area places, filter counts and contact totals; failures reported as failures, never as empty successes.
