## Changelog

### 2026-10-20 (1.0.14)

- New: `featuredGuests`, `featuredGuestNames` and `featuredGuestCount` — the attendees Luma shows on the public event page, each with name, bio, avatar, website and social profiles (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). On 120 San Francisco events, 52 % showed featured guests: 619 people, 525 with LinkedIn.

### 1.0 (2026-10-20)

- First release.
- Reads Luma's public event data (luma.com, lu.ma) without login: Luma's map (upcoming in-person events), calendars and hosts (upcoming and past, online and in-person), single events and any luma.com / lu.ma link.
- Locations: Luma's 87 cities (a 50 km circle by default, `radiusKm` to change it), any other city, region or country (OpenStreetMap boundary; countries matched by Luma's own country code), "lat, lng" circles, "south, west, north, east" boxes and "everywhere". Big areas are read in cells of at most 10 degrees (Luma answers bigger boxes only approximately); "everywhere" and very large countries through Luma's whole-map list, checked on every run, with a cell-by-cell fallback.
- Luma's 12 categories, keyword search (Luma's semantic search; busy areas are zoomed into while results still mention the term), Luma's featured picks for its city pages.
- Event details by default: description as clean text with its links and sponsor/partner lines, categories, every ticket type (price before tax, capacity, sales window), registration questions, refund policy, where Luma features the event. Optional host profile numbers (events hosted and attended, joined date).
- Registration status as the event page shows it (open, waitlist, sold-out, closed, coming-soon); "N Going" guest counts; prices in the right units for zero-decimal (JPY, KRW …) and three-decimal (KWD, BHD …) currencies; tax name and rate.
- Calendar and host websites and social profiles (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) as full URLs.
- Filters: upcoming / past / all (calendars and hosts), start-date window, in person / online, free / paid.
- Paced to Luma's limits measured on 2026-10-20 (map: ~49 requests a minute per address; event records: 15 per second over HTTP/1.1); direct connection first, Apify datacenter proxy when Luma asks a shared address to slow down, a small capped residential rescue route.
- De-duplication by Luma event id across all sources; clean stop at the run's maximum cost (SUMMARY `stoppedBy: MAX_COST`); outcomes COMPLETED / PARTIAL / EMPTY_RESULT (succeed, with a message) and BLOCKED / FETCH_FAILED / BAD_INPUT (fail); SUMMARY record with per-source counts, routes and latencies.
- Measured: whole map 20,319 events in 22 minutes with 0 duplicates; 1,000 events in about 50 seconds; 29 events checked against the live pages, 796 of 799 values identical (the 3 others: guest counts that changed between scraping and checking).
