## Pricing

from $2.50 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## SmartRecruiters Job Scraper - Enterprise Careers Pages in Bulk

Export the full careers page of any employer on SmartRecruiters. Walks every page of the posting feed, so a large employer yields thousands of roles with location, seniority, function and coordinates. No API key needed.

### ✨ What this Actor does

- Pull an enterprise careers page in full instead of ten results at a time.
- Map where a multinational is hiring, using the coordinates on every posting.
- Watch requisition references appear and disappear to see what actually gets filled.
- Build a seniority and function breakdown of a competitor's open roles.

### 🚀 Quick start

1. Fill in the input below — the example is already prefilled, so you can just press **Start**.
2. Watch the log: it names every source it reaches and how many rows each returned.
3. Export from the **Storage** tab as JSON, CSV, Excel or feed it straight into your own tools.

### 📥 Input

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "BoschGroup"
  ],
  "maxItems": 500,
  "fetchDescriptions": false
}
```

Every field is documented in the input form. Nothing here needs an API key or a login.

### 📤 Output

One row per record, with these columns:

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `company` | string | Employer name as SmartRecruiters publishes it. |
| `companyId` | string | SmartRecruiters company identifier. |
| `postingId` | string | Identifier of the posting. |
| `uuid` | string | Stable UUID for the posting. |
| `refNumber` | string | Employer's own requisition reference. |
| `title` | string | Role title as published. |
| `industry` | string | Industry the employer classified the role under. |
| `jobFunction` | string | Functional area, e.g. Information Technology. |
| `employmentType` | string | Full-time, part-time, contract. |
| `experienceLevel` | string | Seniority band the employer selected. |
| `city` | string | City of the role. |
| `region` | string | State or region. |
| `country` | string | Two-letter country code. |
| `address` | string | Street address where published. |
| `postalCode` | string | Postal code where published. |
| `fullLocation` | string | Location as one formatted line. |
| `isRemote` | boolean | Whether the employer marked the role remote. |
| `isHybrid` | boolean | Whether the employer marked the role hybrid. |
| `hybridDescription` | string | Free text such as "3 days on site". |
| `latitude` | number | Latitude of the work location. |
| `longitude` | number | Longitude of the work location. |
| `language` | string | Language the posting is written in. |
| `releasedDate` | string | When the posting went live (ISO 8601). |
| `companyDescription` | string | Employer blurb. Only filled when descriptions are requested. |
| `jobDescription` | string | Role description. Only filled when descriptions are requested. |
| `qualifications` | string | Requirements section. Only filled when descriptions are requested. |
| `additionalInformation` | string | Closing section. Only filled when descriptions are requested. |
| `customFields` | string | Employer's own labelled fields, pipe-separated. |
| `postingUrl` | string | Public posting page. |
| `applyUrl` | string | Application form for the posting. |
| `scrapedAt` | string | When this row was collected. |

A column that is empty means the source did not publish that value for that
record — it is never a silent substitute for zero or for "unknown".

### ❓ Frequently asked questions

**Do I need an API key or an account?**
No. This Actor reads a public feed.

**What happens if the source blocks the run?**
A refused exit IP is replaced within a quarter of a second, up to five times,
before the Actor tries anything else. If nothing gets through, the run **fails**
with the reason — it never reports success with zero rows, because "there is no
such data" and "the source would not answer" are very different answers and you
should not have to guess which one you got.

**How do I schedule this?**
Use the **Schedules** tab. Daily is usually enough; the sources here do not
change by the minute.

**Can I get the results into Google Sheets or a database?**
Yes — use the dataset export, or the Apify API and integrations. Every run
writes a `SUMMARY` record to the key-value store with the outcome and counts,
which is handy for monitoring an automated pipeline.

### 💰 Pricing

Pay per result. You are charged for the rows you receive and nothing else, so a
run that finds nothing costs nothing.

### ⚖️ Legal

This Actor collects publicly available information only. It does not log in, does
not bypass access controls, and collects no private data. You are responsible for
using the output in line with the source's terms and with applicable law,
including GDPR where personal data is involved.

### ⭐ Support

Found something wrong, or want a field that is not here? Open an issue on the
Actor's page — include the run ID and I will look at it.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Company identifiers — the part after jobs.smartrecruiters.com/. A careers URL also works.

## `searchQuery` (type: `string`):

Optional keyword, applied by SmartRecruiters across the company feed. Leave empty for everything.

## `fetchDescriptions` (type: `boolean`):

Fetch each posting individually for its description sections. One extra request per posting, so turn it off for large exports.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many postings in total. 0 means no limit.

## `maxItemsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Cap each company separately so one large employer cannot use up the whole run. 0 means no cap.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Leave this on. Requests go out through a fresh IP each time, and a refused one is swapped immediately rather than waited out.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "BoschGroup"
  ],
  "searchQuery": "",
  "fetchDescriptions": true,
  "maxItems": 60,
  "maxItemsPerCompany": 0,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

All postings collected in this run.
