**Use case:** 

Crawl a site page by page and list the defects a machine can see: images with no alt text, form fields with no label, missing h1 and skipped heading levels, with the failing element on each row. These are automated technical checks, a starting point for an accessibility review: they do not attest WCAG or European Accessibility Act conformity, and a clean row is not a certificate.
