**Use case:** 

Lists the pages with no h1, with more than one h1, or with a heading level skipped, next to images without alt text and form fields without a label. One row per page, ready to hand to a developer. These are automated checks of technical rules: they do not attest WCAG or legal conformity, and a clean row is not an accessibility certificate.
