# Watch only one section of a page, not the whole page

**Use case:** 

A rotating banner or a footer date makes a whole page look changed every single run. Give a CSS selector and only that part is fingerprinted and compared, so the noise never counts. The example watches the same page twice in one run, once whole and once narrowed to a single section, so the two are side by side in the table. Text only, no screenshots.
