## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

## Flight Club Scraper — Sneakers & Streetwear Resale

Scrape sneaker and streetwear listings from [FlightClub.com](https://www.flightclub.com) (the GOAT-owned consignment marketplace). Search by keyword or browse the newest catalog and get clean, structured product data: lowest ask, retail price, instant-ship price, style code/SKU, availability, images and more.

Great for **resale price tracking, sneaker arbitrage, market research, and building price-comparison datasets** across Flight Club, GOAT, StockX and other resale platforms.

### What it does

- Searches Flight Club's product catalog via its internal consumer-search API (fast JSON, no HTML parsing).
- Returns the lowest ask, instant-ship price and original retail for every matched product.
- Extracts the manufacturer **style code / SKU** from each product so you can join across marketplaces.
- Walks all result pages up to your `maxProducts` limit.

### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
|-------|------|-------------|
| `searchQuery` | string | Keyword to search (e.g. `jordan 1`, `yeezy`, `travis scott`, `new balance 550`). Leave **empty** to browse the newest catalog listings. |
| `maxProducts` | integer | Max products to scrape. `0` = unlimited (walks all pages). Default `100`. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | object | Proxy settings. Flight Club is behind Cloudflare, so **residential proxy is used by default** and recommended. |

#### Example input

```json
{
  "searchQuery": "jordan 1",
  "maxProducts": 50,
  "proxyConfiguration": { "useApifyProxy": true, "apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"], "apifyProxyCountryCode": "US" }
}
```

### Output

Each dataset item looks like:

```json
{
  "name": "Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Chicago'",
  "brand": "Jordan",
  "styleCode": "DZ5485-612",
  "lowestAsk": 415.00,
  "instantShipPrice": 430.00,
  "retailPrice": 180.00,
  "underRetail": false,
  "currency": "USD",
  "inStock": true,
  "silhouette": "Air Jordan 1",
  "category": "shoes",
  "productType": "sneakers",
  "gender": "men",
  "seasonYear": 2022,
  "releaseDate": "2022-11-19",
  "image": "https://image.goat.com/...",
  "url": "https://www.flightclub.com/air-jordan-1-retro-high-og-chicago-dz5485-612",
  "slug": "air-jordan-1-retro-high-og-chicago-dz5485-612",
  "productId": "...",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-08-10T00:00:00.000Z"
}
```

#### Field reference

### Pricing

This actor is billed **pay-per-result**: a small fixed fee per product returned plus a tiny actor-start fee. You only pay for the data you get.

### Notes

- Prices reflect the live Flight Club marketplace at scrape time.
- Flight Club is Cloudflare-protected; the actor defaults to Apify **residential** proxy so it works out of the box.
- This is an unofficial scraper and is not affiliated with Flight Club or GOAT Group.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQuery` (type: `string`):

Keyword to search the Flight Club catalog (e.g. 'jordan 1', 'yeezy', 'travis scott', 'new balance 550'). Searched server-side against Flight Club product API. Leave EMPTY to browse the newest catalog listings.

## `maxProducts` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of products to scrape. Set to 0 for unlimited (walks all result pages until exhausted).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Proxy settings. Flight Club sits behind Cloudflare which blocks datacenter IPs, so residential proxy is used by default and recommended.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searchQuery": "jordan 1",
  "maxProducts": 50,
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ],
    "apifyProxyCountryCode": "US"
  }
