Search and verify licenses from the **official Georgia Real Estate Commission & Appraisers Board (GREC)** public database — every Georgia real estate agent, broker, appraiser, firm, appraisal management company, school, and instructor.

### What it does

- Searches the official state source at `ata.grec.state.ga.us` (no third-party data)
- Covers **8 license registers**: agents/brokers, appraisers, real estate firms, AMCs, real estate schools, appraisal schools, and both instructor types
- Search by **last name / firm name**, **first name**, **license number**, or **city**
- Firm searches return **phone, email, DBA name, active agent count, and broker's license #** — ready-made lead data
- Every record links to the official **license history PDF certificate**
