## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Career Site Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable & more

Get **every open job directly from companies' own career boards**, the same listings candidates see on the company site, from the 8 applicant tracking systems most startups and tech companies use:

| ATS | Example input |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `greenhouse:stripe` or `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` |
| Lever | `lever:spotify` or `https://jobs.lever.co/spotify` |
| Ashby | `ashby:ramp` or `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` |
| Workable | `workable:huggingface` or `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface` |
| SmartRecruiters | `smartrecruiters:BoschGroup` |
| Recruitee | `recruitee:bunq` or `https://bunq.recruitee.com` |
| Personio | `personio:acme` or `https://acme.jobs.personio.de` |
| Breezy HR | `breezy:acme` or `https://acme.breezy.hr` |

Don't know which ATS a company uses? Just enter the slug (`notion`) and the Actor checks each board automatically.

### Why this Actor

- **Fresh and complete.** Jobs come from the employer's official public job-board feed, not a stale aggregator. A job appears here the minute it is published.
- **One clean schema for all 8 ATSs.** Title, department, team, location, country, remote flag, workplace type, employment type, posted date, salary range, job URL, apply URL and full plain-text description.
- **Salary when it exists.** Uses structured pay ranges from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Recruitee, and parses ranges like `$120,000 - $150,000` from the description elsewhere.
- **Only-new-jobs monitoring.** Schedule it daily with *Only new jobs since last run* and you get, and pay for, only jobs you haven't seen.
- **Filters before you pay.** Title keywords, excluded words, locations, remote only, departments and posted-within-days are applied first. You are charged only for jobs that land in your dataset.
- **One bad company never kills the run.** Each company gets a status row in the `SUMMARY` record (ok, not_found, error).
- **Low price.** $2 per 1,000 jobs.

### Use cases

- **Job boards and newsletters**: keep a niche board (remote, climate, AI, crypto) filled from hundreds of company career pages.
- **Recruiting and sales intelligence**: hiring signals by department; a company opening 10 sales roles is buying.
- **Job seekers and career coaches**: daily alerts for new roles at target companies.
- **Market research**: salary bands, remote share and hiring velocity across a sector.
- **AI agents**: one call returns structured, deduplicated jobs for any list of companies.

```
Download as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API. A per-company report is saved as `SUMMARY` in the run's key-value store.
### Pricing
**$2.00 per 1,000 jobs returned** (pay per event: `job-result`). Filtered-out jobs, and already-seen jobs in monitoring mode, are free. Use *Max jobs in total* to cap any run.
### How to find a company's board
Open the company's careers page and click any job. The address tells you the ATS: `greenhouse.io`, `lever.co`, `ashbyhq.com`, `workable.com`, `smartrecruiters.com`, `recruitee.com`, `personio.de` or `breezy.hr`. Paste that URL. Companies with their own custom careers site (not on these ATSs) are not supported and show `not_found` in the summary.
### Legal and data
This Actor reads only the **public job-board feeds that ATS vendors publish so employers' jobs can be syndicated**. No login, no API keys, no CAPTCHA bypass, and no personal data: job postings only. Respect each employer's terms when you republish listings, and link back to the original job URL.
### Support
Found a company that fails, or want another ATS (Workday, iCIMS, Teamtailor, Jobvite)? Open an issue on the Issues tab. Issues get a reply within 48 hours.
# Actor input Schema
## `companies` (type: `array`):
One per line. Paste a career-board URL (https://jobs.lever.co/spotify, https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp), use ats:slug (greenhouse:stripe), or just the slug (stripe) and the Actor finds the board automatically.
## `keywords` (type: `array`):
Keep only jobs whose title contains any of these (case-insensitive), e.g. engineer, product manager. Leave empty for all jobs.
## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):
Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. intern, senior.
## `searchInDescription` (type: `boolean`):
Match title keywords against the full job description too.
