## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Workday Jobs Scraper: All myworkdayjobs.com Postings

**Workday Jobs Scraper pulls every open job from any company's Workday careers site (myworkdayjobs.com or myworkdaysite.com) as clean JSON.** Paste a careers URL and get title, full description, all locations, remote flag, posted date, salary range, job type, requisition ID, job URL and apply URL, for $1 per 1,000 jobs.

Thousands of large employers (NVIDIA, Salesforce, Walmart, Target, banks, hospitals, universities) post their jobs on Workday. This Actor reads those sites directly, so you get live postings the moment they go up, not a stale aggregator copy.

### Why this Workday scraper

- **Gets ALL jobs, past Workday's 2,000 limit.** Workday's job search stops at 2,000 results, so big employers silently lose jobs in most scrapers. This Actor detects the cap and splits the search by job category, location or job type, then de-duplicates. You get the full list.
- **Many companies in one run**, each with a status row in the `SUMMARY` record (ok or error). One bad URL never kills the run.
- **Only-new-jobs monitoring.** Schedule it daily with *Only new jobs since last run* and you receive, and pay for, only postings you haven't seen.
- **Filters before you pay**: Workday's own search text, title keywords, excluded words, locations, remote only, posted within N days.
- **Salary when published**: pay ranges like `$150,000 - $210,000` (common in US pay-transparency states) are parsed into numbers.
- **Low price, no start fee**: $1.00 per 1,000 jobs.

### Use cases

- **Job boards and aggregators**: keep listings from hundreds of Workday employers fresh every day.
- **Recruiting and sales intelligence**: spot hiring surges by company, team and location.
- **Job seekers**: daily alerts for new roles at target companies.
- **Labour-market and salary research**: pay bands, remote share and hiring velocity.
- **AI agents and LLM apps**: one call returns structured jobs for any Workday employer.

### Use with AI agents (MCP)

This Actor works with the Apify MCP server and any agent that can call Apify Actors. Minimal call: `{"careerSiteUrls": ["https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"], "maxJobsPerCompany": 20}`. It returns a list of job objects with the fields shown above. Add `searchText` to narrow results and keep cost low.

### Pricing

**$1.00 per 1,000 jobs** returned (pay per event `job-result`). No start fee. Filtered-out jobs and already-seen jobs in monitoring mode are free. Use *Max jobs in total* to cap any run.

### FAQ

#### How do I scrape jobs from Workday?

Open the company's careers page, click any job, and copy the address: it contains `myworkdayjobs.com` or `myworkdaysite.com`. Paste it into *Workday careers URLs* and run.

#### How do I find a company's Workday URL?

Search the web for the company name plus "myworkdayjobs". The site looks like `https://company.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/SiteName`.

#### Can it get more than 2,000 jobs from one company?

Yes. Workday's search returns at most 2,000 results; this Actor splits large searches automatically and merges them without duplicates.

#### Is scraping Workday jobs legal?

The Actor reads only the public job postings employers publish on their own career sites: no login, no CAPTCHA bypass, no personal data. Respect each employer's terms when republishing and link back to the original posting.

#### What about Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable jobs?

Use our sister Actor **Career Site Jobs** (magnova/career-site-jobs) for 8 other applicant tracking systems.

# Actor input Schema

## `careerSiteUrls` (type: `array`):

One per line: the address of the company's Workday job site, e.g. https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite or https://wd1.myworkdaysite.com/recruiting/wf/WellsFargoJobs. Any job link from that site also works.

## `searchText` (type: `string`):

Optional search passed to Workday's own job search, e.g. data engineer. Fast: only matching jobs are fetched.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains any of these (case-insensitive), e.g. engineer, sales.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these, e.g. intern.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location or country contains any of these, e.g. Texas, Germany, Remote.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs with remote/virtual in the location or title.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Only jobs posted in the last N days.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

For scheduled monitoring: each run returns, and charges for, only jobs not delivered before under this monitor name.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Keeps a separate 'already delivered' list per watch list.

## `seenStore` (type: `string`):

Optional, for 'Only new jobs' mode. Pick (or create) a key-value store in your account where the Actor remembers which jobs it already returned. If empty, the Actor tries its own store and, if Apify does not allow that, returns all matching jobs with a warning. Example: a store named job-monitor.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Fetch each job's full description, all locations, exact posted date and job type. Turn off for a faster title-and-link list.

## `includeDescriptionHtml` (type: `boolean`):

Also add the original HTML description.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many matching jobs per site.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap for the whole run, to control cost.
