- First public release. Live: EU TED and UK Find a Tender. Beta: SAM.gov (your own API key; not yet verified against the live API). Disabled: CanadaBuys, pending permission from the publisher (its download host's robots.txt disallows automated access).
- First version: SAM.gov (user's own API key), EU TED Search API v3, UK Find a Tender OCDS API, and CanadaBuys open-data CSVs, all in one normalised schema.
- Filters: keywords, exclude keywords, CPV / NAICS / UNSPSC prefix codes, countries, notice stage and deadline window.
- Monitor mode ("only new since last run") with a named key-value store, a catch-up window and 180-day memory.
- Personal contact data dropped (contact points, contact columns, awardee addresses). Emails and phones are redacted in descriptions, and email-like links are dropped.
- Polite HTTP: per-host spacing, Retry-After honoured, and robots.txt respected. API keys are scrubbed from logs and errors.
- Pay-per-event pricing (one event per notice), and the run stops cleanly at the max cost per run.
