## Pricing

from $2.10 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Cheapest Price Finder - Compare Product Prices Across Stores

Find the **lowest price for any product** across online stores. Paste product page URLs from any shops (or search a product name in the stores you choose) and get **every offer sorted from cheapest to most expensive**, converted to one currency with official ECB exchange rates.

### Why use it

- Works with **any store** that publishes structured product data (most modern shops, all Shopify stores, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce...)
- **Real prices from the product page** (JSON-LD offers, Shopify product data, meta tags), not guesses
- **Currency conversion** to USD, EUR, GBP or any ECB currency
- Shows **how much more** each offer costs than the cheapest one (amount and %)
- Brand, GTIN/EAN, SKU, availability, rating and image for matching products

### Use cases

Price monitoring, repricing, arbitrage, procurement, deal sites, dropshipping research, market analysis. Schedule it daily to track price drops.

### Output

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `rankByPrice`, `isCheapest` | Position after sorting by price |
| `title`, `store`, `url` | Product and store |
| `price`, `currency` | Price as shown in the store |
| `priceConverted`, `convertedCurrency` | Price in your comparison currency |
| `moreThanCheapest`, `moreThanCheapestPercent` | Difference to the cheapest offer |
| `compareAtPrice` | Original price when on sale (Shopify) |
| `availability`, `brand`, `gtin`, `sku`, `rating`, `reviewCount`, `image` | Product details |

A `RUN_SUMMARY` record lists the cheapest offer and any pages without a readable price.

### Input

- `productUrls`: product pages from any stores
- `searchQuery` + `stores`: optional search of a product name in chosen store domains (best effort: some big stores are not always findable via public search; `RUN_SUMMARY.searchPagesPerStore` shows what was found per store, and product URLs are always the most complete and reliable input)
- `convertTo`: comparison currency (default USD)
- `onlyInStock`: skip out-of-stock offers

### Pricing

Pay per result: you pay only for offers with a price.

### FAQ

**Which stores work?** Any store whose product pages include standard product data; most do. Some marketplaces block automated access; those are reported in `RUN_SUMMARY.failed` with the reason. Requests go direct with an honest User-Agent by default (measured 2026-11-06: 3/3 offers in 2-4 s direct vs 1-2/3 through Apify Proxy, Shopify answers proxy IPs with HTTP 429). You can still turn on Apify Proxy in the input.
**How accurate is conversion?** Daily ECB reference rates via frankfurter.app.

### Legal

Reads publicly available product pages. Respect each store's terms of use.

### Use it as an integration (chain it after another actor)

This actor can run automatically after any actor whose results contain a URL.

1. Open the source actor in Apify Console and go to the **Integrations** tab.
2. Click **Add integration** -> **Actor**, pick this actor and set **Dataset** to `{{resource.defaultDatasetId}}` (leave `productUrls` empty). Set your other options and save.
3. When the source run finishes, this actor reads its dataset and processes every row. The field is detected automatically; set **Dataset field** if your column has another name.

You can also start it by hand with `datasetId` (pick a dataset or paste its ID) to process an existing dataset.

Good sources to chain from:

- martin10291/shopify-store-products
- any e-commerce product scraper with a url column

# Actor input Schema

## `productUrls` (type: `array`):

Product pages from any online stores. The actor reads the real price from each page and sorts all offers from cheapest to most expensive.

## `searchQuery` (type: `string`):

Product name or model, e.g. 'Sony WH-1000XM5'. Product pages are searched in the stores below.

## `stores` (type: `array`):

Store domains for the search, e.g. bestbuy.com, newegg.com, ebay.com. Empty = amazon.com, walmart.com, bestbuy.com, target.com, ebay.com, newegg.com.

## `resultsPerStore` (type: `integer`):

How many search results to check in each store.

## `convertTo` (type: `string`):

All prices are also converted to this currency with official ECB rates (USD, EUR, GBP, ...).

## `onlyInStock` (type: `boolean`):

Skip offers marked out of stock.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Hard limit on saved offers (and cost).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Off by default: direct requests with an honest User-Agent work best (Apify proxy IPs are often rate-limited by Shopify stores, HTTP 429). Turn it on only for a store that blocks direct requests.

## `datasetId` (type: `string`):

Optional. Pick a dataset (or paste its ID) to read the input from, for example the result of Google Maps Scraper. When this actor runs as an integration, the dataset of the triggering run is used automatically (payload.resource.defaultDatasetId), so you can leave this empty. If set, the values found in the dataset replace the main input list.

## `datasetField` (type: `string`):

Optional. The item field that holds the value, for example website, url or videoUrl (dot paths like author.url work). Empty = detected automatically.

## `datasetMaxItems` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of unique values taken from the dataset, to keep the cost under control.
