- Explore mode: interest over time, interest by region (countries, regions, US metro areas, cities, optional low-volume regions), related queries and related topics for any search term or topic id.
- Compare up to 5 terms on one scale, with each term's share of searches per region.
- Location (worldwide, country, region, metro), time range presets or custom dates, 1,100+ categories, Web/Image/News/Shopping/YouTube search, language and timezone.
- Google Trends URLs as input: explore pages (new and classic) and Trending Now pages.
- Trending Now mode for 125 countries and their regions: search volume, percent increase, start/end time, active status, categories, trend breakdown and news articles, with category, status and time-window filters and four sort orders. Falls back to Google's Trending RSS feed if Trending Now is unavailable.
- Handles Google's cookie check, gives each query its own proxy IP, paces requests, retries rate-limited queries from fresh IPs, and fetches related topics and queries through Google's embed endpoint when available.
- One CSV file with all interest-over-time series (INTEREST_OVER_TIME.csv) and a RUN_SUMMARY record.
- Pay per event: charged only for results with data; failed and empty results are free and explained.
