## Rightmove UK Property Listings Scraper

Turn any Rightmove search into a clean dataset of UK properties for sale or to rent. - **Rightmove search URLs** (required): result page URLs for property-for-sale or property-to-rent. Set your location, price range, bedrooms and other filters on rightmove.co.uk, then copy the URL.
- **Maximum listings**: cap on total results (default 50).

### Output

One dataset item per unique listing: ID, link, address, type, bedrooms, bathrooms, price (number, display text, qualifier, frequency for rentals), summary, coordinates, listing dates and added/reduced label, agent name, branch and branch page, photos. Export as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Pricing

$0.004 per result (about $4 per 1,000 listings). The platform charges per dataset item; there is no other fee beyond platform usage.

### Limits

- Reads only public pages visible to a logged-out visitor.
- Rightmove limits each search to roughly 1,000 results (42 pages). Split large areas into several narrower searches.
- Data comes from search results, not individual detail pages, so full descriptions, floorplans and agent phone numbers are not included.
- Requests are rate limited. If Rightmove blocks plain requests the Actor retries via Apify proxy, and it backs off on HTTP 429.
- Personal contact details are never collected.
